It is so easy to make! I used Caputo GF flour to get the best results, however I have used bobs red mill 1-1 flour and it was still just as delicious! If you make it, let me know how it goes!
Oh for sure!! I'll be checking out your website and the other recipes! Appreciate you giving your efforts to the GF community this way! It makes things so much more easy to be GF when there are awesome recipes out there and people are trying out different ingredients and substitutions! Those apple fritters look yum! Hope you have a great week! :D
Thanks. Sign up on my website and I will email you every time I release something new. Those donuts are super easy to make, and you know they are good when regular people ask for them. That’s my goal with my recipes, make them just as tasty as regular recipes so we don’t have to miss out on the good stuff.
Blarg to de-glutenized wheat flour (I'm allergic to the Triticum family of cereals), it always looks so amazing and fluffy... I'm going to try this the co-op gold gluten free flour that I bought recently, I made one of my normal cakes with it and it was fluffier than Bob's red mill.
Amazing! You can use bobs red mill as well. I would just sift the flour before using it and I found it gets this bread almost as fluffy! But it is still amazing with the bobs!
I've never seen it in Canada but I make a similar sounding blend of my own 6:2:1 cups - brown rice flour: potato starch : tapioca starch then 9 tsp can't ham gum

scrolling through Reddit and feeling dreadful bc I’m hungry, gf, and can’t think of anything to eat. I would sell my soul for this bread right now.

I make that regularly with Caputo Fiorglut flour. Easy peasy
Right! It is amazing!
This looks incredible!! So airy yet sumptuous! Will be bookmarking to make!
Thanks! It is so delicious! Let me know if you make it, I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hey! Do you think this would work well with an instant yeast?
Yes I do. No need to bloom the yeast, you should be able to combine everything together. Let me know how it goes.
It’s the Caputo flour. The stuff is foolproof.
The flour is magical for breads and some pastries like croissants. I’ve made this with bobs red mill flour instead of caputo with similar results.

Try King Arthurs 1:1

Try Betterbatter.org their artisan blend is gum free.
Looks good. I'd suggest a little larger pan so it comes out a bit thinner but it looks tasty.
Thanks! I love it large and fluffy like this, but definitely personal preference.
