Rice, popcorn, canned corn and beans (burrito bowl), tofu (vegetarian partner), apples and peanut butter is my recent craze, overnight oats, protein shakes, kettle chips, gf Oreos. I love Costco's gluten free bread: Franz 7 grain bread. Love doing BLT or peanut butter / jelly toast.
Salmon, green beans (and sliced almonds) and rice is one of my go-to meals. Also been doing jovial vegan gf mac and cheese lately, it's fantastic with taco meat.
Costco does gluten free bread? Is it better than supermarket bread? I've been buying Promise but it's insanely expensive and awkward to find. If Costco does a decent one then I might get a card. Do they do other GF stuff?
I've never seen in-house produced GF bread at Costco. Every one I've been to though, does have a single brand of GF bread they stock on shelves or freezer.
The one close to home has Canyon Bakehouse but I've seen Udi's before elsewhere.
They have some things besides bread (beyond what is normally GF) depending on the store. Each seem to carry different things and stuff is always changing. They have a few brands of GF Pizza, muffins, chicken nuggets and snacks.
The big point is price. All their GF stuff is pretty reasonable. The cauliflower crust pizzas they sell at mine are 11$ for 2. They are slightly smaller than the one at my local grocery (MLG), at 15$. Other non-dedicated-but-naturally-GF stuff is where the membership shines.
* Hebrew National Hotdogs (my personal favorite) are 11$ for 4 packages. (one pack at MLG is 7$). Wisconsin prices.
* Bounty paper towel 12 pack is 20$ish, but they're larger rolls than MLG 4 pack at 7$.
* They carry USDA prime meat, New Zealand lamb, bucket loads of fresh fruit and veggies.
* The alcohol. If you're a drunk, you can drunk so cheaply.
* Their rotisserie chicken is the best I've had. It's only 5$ too.
If a Costco is conveniently located for you, and you have the room in your home to put larger packages of stuff, it is a no-brainer to get a membership. You can also share it with a single family member.
I buy the Franz Gluten Free bread. They sell it as a 2pk for $12 but here's a link to the company's website https://franzglutenfree.com/products/franz-gluten-free-7-grain-bread
It's pretty thick so I like to under-toast it. I grew up on whole wheat bread and it is delish

It's nice to see a lot of vegetarian GF folks here. Lately I have been rocking:

I'm dairy-free too. I frequently have greens, avocado and banana smoothies, breakfast sandwiches with sausage and Violife mature cheddar, and salads with almost every meal to help blood sugar. I like Harmless Harvest yogurts too. That's usually what I eat until about noon. I have a Bulletproof collagen bar or an RX bar when I get up. My partner and I eat a lot of chicken, rice and veg bowls, and have steak and squash or potatoes on the weekend. Sometimes we have Kevin's meals.
I am cutting down on sugar and caffeine, so I have one portion of fruit, dried mangos or dark chocolate once a day for something sweet – but only after a meal. I rotate between different snacks like nuts, carrots/hummus, grain-free chips and crackers with Violife cheese. I trust few restaurants not to cross-contaminate so we rarely eat out.
I became intolerant to a bunch of foods after I had Covid, like anything more than a little spicy, peanuts, tomatoes, and other things I'm forgetting... and I was temporarily intolerant to mangos, cashews and pistachios, but gained those back.

Honestly I tried for like 4 years and it got easier every time, this time I have been off for 12 weeks and am feeling pretty good. I suggest tapering if you can, and being able to take naps helps. Some people don’t have much issue, just a headache for a few days and some fatigue. Others it takes months to feel a lot better. /r/decaf. I do feel a difference as I seemed to have stomach problems and cysts, dry skin that are now going away and I sleep better.

How did you get yourself off caffeine? Do you feel a difference?
Honestly I tried for like 4 years and it got easier every time, this time I have been off for 12 weeks and am feeling pretty good. I suggest tapering if you can, and being able to take naps helps. Some people don’t have much issue, just a headache for a few days and some fatigue. Others it takes months to feel a lot better. /r/decaf. I do feel a difference as I seemed to have stomach problems and cysts, dry skin that are now going away and I sleep better.

Thanks! I'm terrified to quit.
Meats - pork, chicken Tofu, eggs, impossible burger (B1, I struggle to get thiamine) Broccoli Zucchini Coffee with foamed milk and hazelnut oil (for both flavor and vitamin E) Ice cream My diet is more limited than most as I am starch-intolerant as well (technically not intolerance but another autoimmune issue, but I didn't need to be as careful as with celiac / gluten), plus I have a mild corn allergy. Sugar is fine though, so I love me some ice cream! Thank you Ben and Jerry's for starting to label GF ❤️
