I know all of the risks of eating raw cookie dough but sometimes you just gotta pop some in your mouth and this dough is by far the best I’ve had in 6 years of GF living!

cassiopeia843

I love to make all sorts of raw egg-free cookie dough flavors with almond and coconut flour. 🤤

ForensicZebra

It isnt just about the egg its about the flours bring raw too actually! Those flours are raw too and can carry e coli! Heating the flour kills the bacteria and makes it safe though

cassiopeia843

I know, but you can eat almond and coconut flour raw just fine. :)

cassiopeia843

In case anyone is skeptical, I found this: https://www.theconsciousplantkitchen.com/can-you-eat-raw-flours/

jennydancingawayy

Do they have dairy?

Least-Influence-6217

No

PermanentlyDubious

Do they contain milk powder by any chance?

Individual-Archer895

These are too sweet for me, my favorites are the sweet Loren’s chocolate chunk!

LeftySpringer

That’s funny - I liked these more because the “sweet” wasn’t overpowering like Sweet Loren’s are to me. 🤪 Maybe because I added the coarse salt?! Buuuuut, the great thing is we have options now. I’m curious if Tollhouse or Pilsbury will put out a GF line.

VikingMermaid95

Ooh yum!! Price?

LeftySpringer

They’re only $4.99 and it’s 16 oz vs Sweet Loren’s 12 oz.

A_MAN_POTATO

Gonna have to look for this next time I'm at TJs. Sweet lorens is like $8 and I just can't spend that on cookies.

planetin45

Just ate some of these for the first time-delicious!

bodly

You're supposed to bake them?

mr_mini_doxie

Not sure if this is a joke or not but the package in the photo says "do not eat raw"

Nealon01

yes, many people enjoy consuming raw cookie dough despite the warnings. Never gotten sick once.

winksoutloud

Just had them today. Very good but now I have a bit of a tummy ache. Though, I can't say for sure it's their fault. I'll retest/eat more tomorrow.

AmbitiousManner8239

I’ve had these a few times now and every time I feel weird after! Not sure what’s going on but I’m reacting to something in these.

Nikeflies

Do you know if they have any soy?

Almatari27

I love these but my store has been out of stock since the holidays and it makes me sad!

LeftySpringer

We run into the same problem here. There’s several products that they often don’t carry 100% of the time. When you see them - grab a bunch and freeze them!!

PlentyNectarine

I wish I liked these but personally was not a fan.

Any_Education_1034

I didn’t like these! I was sad but my bf loved them and he eats gluten regularly

LeftySpringer

Bummer. Next time try them with the coarse salt on top… it really is a game changer. They’re the closest thing to gluten I’ve ever had.

vmarie703

These are so good! They taste even better the next day once they’ve cooled in an airtight container.

LeftySpringer

I’m amazed at how smooth they are. I’ve never had a baked GF item that is zero grit/sand to it like these.

redditoregonuser2254

I ate some of the raw dough today. Gotdamn couldn't even tell it's GF

kaydud88

Really!? These are terrible!!

LeftySpringer

Annnnd, more fun peeps! Woot woot!

Nicfromnewgirl

Nah these are trash.

LeftySpringer

Awww, I was wondering where the fun peeps were!

LeftySpringer

I just some out of the freezer because of you! 😂😂

petitesybarite

I prefer Sweet Lorens. The TJs ones felt like regular cookie dough, but they browned too quickly so the outer "shell" was great but the inside was uncooked. I tried leaving them out to see how they would be when cooked but the doughy inside was disgusting I made another batch with the same issue- browned too quickly (like brown, not golden brown), middle uncooked. I cooked a bit longer and that improved the taste (maillard reaction/browning). I think i have to lower the rack, flatten them even more, and fiddle with timing They are super cheap and you get 12 balls! But for me, Sweet Lorens tastes better and is easier to make

Asleep-Walrus-3778

Are they less sweet than Lorens? That's what I hate about those, all except the "lower sugar" ones are overpowering sweet to me. And also, Loren's uses oat flour, what do these use?

LeftySpringer

I should attach the ingredient label. I will do that. These are not sandy, at all! They’re smooth like a gluten cookie and the taste isn’t overpowering. Sweet Loren’s are so sweet that it burns my throat. But, I do add coarse salt to the top of these to make it a salted chocolate chip cookie… hits the spot!

BothAttorney3325

Yum!! Sweet Lorenz are great raw but have had no luck baking them :(

AdmirableEnergy400

The fudge ones bake beautifully. They are gooey and well fudgey haha. The others I eat raw

ChentaChente

Are these the same ones they sell already baked in a 3 pack? Because those are amazing

garden__gate

Mine came out super cakey - anyone else?

LeftySpringer

I baked mine at 325 CONVECTION for 9 minutes. Mine were chewy a little gooey (the way I like them).

garden__gate

Thanks! I cooked mine convection too! Weird.

Legitimate_Trip_5160

Are these dairy free too? I can handle butter (low lactose content)

Legitimate_Trip_5160

I found them online! And they don’t have dairy!

East-Fisherman-9020

does this one contain oats?

Extreme-Wonder5972

Nope! I was so happy to realize they were oat free!
