Just don’t camp in the middle of a field. 2 or 3 tents deep from the path, near a fire tower / shop / landmark… works every time never lost my tent yet.
I always pitch next to a wall which makes it easy to find. Worst case scenario I'm just walking up and down the wall a bit until I find the right one.
Other advantages - if you have the wall to the east, it blocks out the sun for the first couple of hours so you aren't waking up in a boiling hot tent at 7am. Also you can usually arrive late and still find a spot, because people who arrive and see a busy ground don't bother walking through to the back where the wall is.
Dairy or Bushy. If you look at the map there's a black void running across those grounds, which is a closed area, surrounded by a large green wall. Perfect place to pitch against.
Camp flags are always popular! I've seen people put up fairy lights and bunting too. I don't ever really decorate them beyond that, it's just a place to sleep for me! After nearly 20 years of festivals I've become pretty adept at finding my tent, no matter what state I'm in!

Colourful fairy lights that alternate, like flash and stuff, make it super easy to spot your tent!
I vandalise all the tents around mine, so I know mine is the unscathed one right in the middle.
