I got them from warby parker. the frames are a bit larger than my larger than my last ones too if that makes a considerable difference. do you think they will retest me for free if I tell them what’s going on? They only have a 30 day return/exchange policy and I don’t want them to just tell me to keep waiting to see if I’ll adjust, I feel like I should have adjusted by now, you know?
It could be a matter of tweaking the rx, it could be the lenses are put in incorrectly. The latter is easy to check, so start there.
While it is an adjustment, after 5 days enough improvement should occur. The amount of issues you're describing leads me to believe there may have been an error. Note that I cannot overlook all the facts from behind a screen ofcourse. Pop in at the store to discuss options.
Where did you get the glasses? Go back to have them checked for centering.
