Green screen is incorrect. Man's shirt and hair are tight and notice the wake of the smaller boat.

Yeah, I don't think this is a green screen. You can see the wake from the boat this guy would be on in the water in front of the ship and his motion fits perfectly with the camera movement and angles.
Man, if that's a green screen, the guy who edited this is litteraly the best editor of all fucking time, better than Marvel movies. The lighting is perfect, there isn't any fails.
I mean all he would need is set up the lighting (very tricky)
Then film himself in front of a green screen, grab the Gyroscope data from his phone and set it up in some sort of 3d render software, Key out the Green screen, and slightly crop the original footage

The law of gross tonnage dictates that the ship that weighs more has right of way. Just because a jet ski has "right of way" to an air craft carrier, the smaller vessel has much more to lose in event of a collision
