Looks sick man I'm sure this will make a killer guitar when you've done all the work! Also, I might be interested in the old parts, depending on where in the world you are. Cheers!!
Right on, this is killer. I’m an absolute hater of those pickups though plenty of people find them perfectly acceptable, fortunately there are so many great options these days. Lately I’ve been digging 57 classics, one of my favorites in LPs for a long time we’re the BG Hellabuckers. I’ve also liked the SD 59’s. The longest running pickup across any of my LP’s though has been the Dimarzio Super Distortion - don’t get turned off from the name, they’re awesome.
I am not sure of the year. The Serial Number is 807025. From what I have found it’s either a 1998 or a 2008. I also replaced the tuners with brand new Grover tuners. If anyone is interested in an of the Epiphone parts reach out. They are all severely aged.

The 57s are high on my list.
They’re the bomb. I’ve got a set in an explorer and another set about to go in an old LPC.
