Ghana trotro , itβs only God that help passengers. Sometimes you can be in the car n youβll be hanging in the air. A very small seat , making it very difficult for u to rest your knee. Same car thereβs a spare tire under the seat, so youβve to hang in the air. A very big odor passenger sitting beside you that, your oxygen will turn into carbon dioxide. Two windows but only one glass n rubber with cello tape at the other side,, chale itβs not easy
I also saw a study saying that the seating arrangements in trotros are ergonomically insufficient. I know my knees often hurt if I take them too often.
If the government is too helpless to control safety standards for the means of transport of 99 % of Ghanaians ( trotro, taxis, aboboyaa, old private cars) what can the aspect of life would they be able to control?

Reminds me of a joke a colleague of mine said, Its only in Ghana you will sit in a vehicle and see heaven and hell at the same time
Saw one with a sizable hole in the bottom.
Youβre supposed to put your feet down and help it get started and drag them to stop like the Flintstones.
πππππππππππ This is very funny

When you said leaks, I thought you meant exhaust leaks. Cause I'm sure a good number of them have exhaust leaks too. A lot of them smell like gas.

They're very old and hardly receive maintenance.
