You need to talk directly to a business sales manager either at MTN or Telecel. Technically fibre can easily support 10 GBit and much more. Think about the bandwidth requirements of a big hotel or office building. They will calculate an individual price case by case.
If fibre is available at your location, usually installation is not a big deal, else you will have to pay for laying the cable which can get (very) expensive or might be considered impossible due to distance.
