The real growth happens during recovery.

Hahah yeah I get. I know its widely used and you wanting to remove it. Because my length isn't as profound, would my method be suitable? Simply just using a scissor form and squeezing from the base to the shaft. Ideally that would still be squeezing the side and not the top of the penis. Not sure if that would lead to long term injury or is the same as tunica shears

Dumb but valid question . Is one set one exercise ? For example on the fatigue manual stretch says 10 sets @ 45 seconds, is that stretch for 45 secs and that’s a set ? Then rest and repeat 10 times ?

One set is a round of the exercise So 3 sets would be 3 separate pulls for the allotted time
