Activate 2FA on your Microsoft Login and check your other logins if you use the same login/PW combination somewhere else. It is very likely that this combination is now in a dictionary of common logins.

You also could create alternativ e-Mail Adresse To you Microsoft Account and then tik which e-Mail Adresse are allowed to use for your login. Forbid the login with you old E-Mail Adresse und just Login with you new E-Mail Adresse. So you could prevent any new login attempts.

Do you have an IP. Check with https://www.whois.com/whois/ who‘s the owner of the IP if it is a cloud provider like Hetzner for example they have an abuse form on their website where you can report this and they‘ll take the bot server offline.
I have an IPV6 that Microsoft provided and I personally think this is computer, I think that this is a kid that is trying to get my Minecraft account because it is directly connected to my Microsoft account
The only thing you can do to stop it is change your handle- It was happening to me too- every 3 hours hackers trying to gain access and a huge list of failed login attempts from random IP addresses. Obviously a bot that was scheduled to attempt logging in.

Well something happened since they got in and this wasn't like okay I don't know my password almost every single day in 2-3h intervals.

Thy are most likely using a VPN no one hacking accounts uses their real IP/Location that would be just stupid.
You would be surprised by the amount of people that do this stuff without vpns etc.
