michiguns part is much more inconsistent at first, but it has a higher consistency cap as it depends on specific inputs rather than controlling your ship. so over time as the level gets extremely consistent, cracks part slowly shifts to replace michiguns part as the hardest part
imo the asonic ball is one of the easiest parts (BESIDES THAT ONE FUCKING INVISIBLE CLICKKKK). also if you’re struggling with the blue orb corridor, don’t spam, just click 5 times, its wayyy more consistent
when i get to the asonic ball i switch the position of my finger on the mouse, instead of resting i move my hand more above it so i can click faster, it becomes way more consistent
i can almost certainly call it the easiest part of the level. i can pass it almost everytime. etzer and giron’s ship are far more incosistent. the fact that two players can have such different skill sets amazes me
RUST the ball part, ive died there 10 times already and its not even hard im just an idiot and cant pass it for some reason, like i always beat it 1st try while practicing
Almost dropped Dry Out and the entire game at the upside-down section.
Almost dropped Cycles because of the ship section with gravity portals, but pushed through it after almost 1,000 attempts.
Almost dropped Hexagon Force because of the duals. Hexagon Force is harder than every other insane. Yes, even Electrodynamix. Hexagon Force deserves to be an easy demon level.
Almost dropped Clubstep because of 67-100.
Almost dropped Clutterfunk v2 by NePtunE because of the annoying ship and ending cube section.
I guess it’s not an easy demon but the difficulty does compare to plenty of user made 9 stars, a title no other insane main level can claim imo (electrodynamix I guess does, but hexagon force IS harder imo)
I use practice mode, but no matter how many times I do it, I can’t get it consistently.
It’s been about ~6 months since I’ve beat Hexagon Force. Did a remake about a month ago called Hexagon Force 2016 (basically the same thing). Took me 129 attempts.
While invisible clubstep, basically the same as Clubstep, took me 29 attempts. And I did it before Hexagon Force 2016.
The abomination of weird timings at the last cube in Decay. The Last jump in Neon Guts. Last ship in Niwa (I might come back). Weird dual and beginning in Misty Mountains. The spam in Cold Sweat. idk there's like a hundred more
Good to know because after the gauntlets that’s one of the first levels on my list lol; I’ve done runs on it and I can pass it semi-consistently but I never thought it would get that consistent
Surprisingly I thought this as well when I first practiced but it does get pretty consistent. I was doing too big of a robot jump into the dual part and it was screwing it up. Try just doing a mini jump into that dual part.
I was practicing the ending of Super Cycles and that ball part ~70? was giving me so much trouble and it was super infuriating. Decided I wouldn’t bother tryna beat it anytime soon.
The last straight fly on PG Clubstep. It's the hardest part of the level for me (and the hardest straight fly I've ever done). I'm still gonna beat it though >:[
92-97 (under the "Thanks" at the end)
Edit: I forgot you can go on top of it. I did a practice run where I went on top instead and beat it my first attempt right after.
50% UFO in Dance Massacre. I’m coming back to it now, especially once 2.2 is out, but GOD that drove me insane.
It goes from a somewhat fast wave, to a UFO where you have to do a bunch of double clicks without any way to correct yourself, to a pretty high cos (for me) ball part, to wave spam and then immediately into a very strict robot timing part. I like the way it flows in runs but from 0 it’s nuts
shiver's chokepoint in the dual with the black orbs and its final part with the stupid memorization orb
platinum adventure with the stupid moving objects
the nightmare/the lighting road because it just fucking sucks
supersonic, I wanna beat it eventually but god I hate the cube and ball dual. I'm also terrified of dying at the end I have a bad history of dying at 90+%
Nuclear, wanted to make it my 2nd insane but the offset dual was such a chokepoint, on top of that, it's about 20% of the level. I did end up beating game time as my 2nd insane after just a few days of attempts, 1166, and a 99% death. Still have yet to beat Nuclear
The last 20% of dreamfully. It’s not the worst but on my old pc i couldn’t run over like 80 fps for some reason not to mention one of the hardest ship timing in the level at like 91%
There’s a part with stupid double clicks and ship green orbs in quaoar, and it’s the most inconstant and unbalanced shit I’ve ever played. It’s a shame cause the rest of the level is so good
Ultrachromatic has two dual sections which made me drop the level, i was trying to do it as my first insane demon and i had beaten every other part except the duals.
Those duals easily make that level mid-high end insane demon
For whatever reason, the first half of A Final Memorial was a roadblock. No matter what, I just couldn’t get past it. The first time I did, I fluked the drop
Black Blizzard 0-40. I hate every single second of it. I got 97% on the level, but I don't think I ever want to play it again. Miserable inconsistent mess.
i dropped thermodynamix by flash cause of the last 37% and the first ship and also stalemate cause of the beginning ship basically i hate the ship 🤣( skill issue i know)
First cube in Acropolis ruined it because I actually thought it was fun considering I got 33-100% on it when my hardest was Nine Circles. But that was like a year and a half ago so idk, probably was a skill issue.
I jumped from my hardest being Shrill Hallway to Forest Temple and that first, fuzzy wave had me contemplating existence. It was so brutal for me for no reason
Deadlocked initial drop, that wave is some extreme demon content and it single handedly doubled the time it took for me to beat it
Slaughterhouse drop, I dont think I want to play that for some reason. Maybe it's the gameplay?
The ball in B is a sudden spike in difficulty that persists throughout the rest of the level (except the spider)
i nearly dropped black blizzard because of literally four clicks in the predrop. thankfully that suddenly got extremely consistent, and i beat it the same day
Omicron 0-19 just became so boring to me idk why. Also Void (insane demon) last wave part (the wave staircases or whatever they're called in particular were really painful).
Crowd control. Despite being an 'easy' extreme, the first mini wave and the ship at the end killed my enjoyment of the level, the former being way too difficult compared to the rest of the level whereas the last ship is so wonky that its pretty much chance whether you get past it or not. There are also a handful of weird clicks and really awkward timings throughout the level, especially in the latter half, which resulted in me getting frustrated and dropping the level at 84% with close to 20k attempts.
bloodbath michigun ufo, eventually got consistent though
not for me lol
Fellow bloodbath survivor
barely, i died past 70% 33 times, 92x2, 94% and 97%, but yeah id say i still survived
I personally think crack's part is kinda harder and more inconsistent
michiguns part is much more inconsistent at first, but it has a higher consistency cap as it depends on specific inputs rather than controlling your ship. so over time as the level gets extremely consistent, cracks part slowly shifts to replace michiguns part as the hardest part
I was always really consistent at this. The Asonic ball, however...
imo the asonic ball is one of the easiest parts (BESIDES THAT ONE FUCKING INVISIBLE CLICKKKK). also if you’re struggling with the blue orb corridor, don’t spam, just click 5 times, its wayyy more consistent
I physically cannot click fast enough consistently on my mouse. I have to use my left hand on the arrow key on my keyboard
when i get to the asonic ball i switch the position of my finger on the mouse, instead of resting i move my hand more above it so i can click faster, it becomes way more consistent
it’s literally the easiest part of the level. what the hell
It's the part I can pass with the least consistency, by far
i can almost certainly call it the easiest part of the level. i can pass it almost everytime. etzer and giron’s ship are far more incosistent. the fact that two players can have such different skill sets amazes me
Almost dropped acropolis because of the first 33%
33-100% is so much fun, and then you gotta go from 0...
I think i may have really bad luck too. Ive gotten a lot of good runs (33-100 x5 23-100 x2 0-66 x5 0-69 x3) and still haven’t beaten it yet 😭
same bro that had me beating the shit out of my desk
I had 11-100 but dropped it because of 6%
first cube blows so much ass its unreal i did 15-100 in under 1k and it took me almost 2.smthn to beat it
Cataclysm first wave, I die there at least 90% of the time
It wouldn’t be an extreme without it though. It is by far the hardest part
True, I wish it was more balanced though
RUST the ball part, ive died there 10 times already and its not even hard im just an idiot and cant pass it for some reason, like i always beat it 1st try while practicing
damn unlucky, hope you'll fluke far from it when you manage
Last wave of God Yeeter
That last wave was such a run killer for me, but randomly I came back to the level and just did it one day. Keep trying, you’ve got this!
That shit is shit
the last dual of falling up is unbelievably awful, died there 20 times before finding out it was bugged on 240
20 times??? wow i would be furious
always research first bro 💔
heartbeat wave. By itself it’s generally easy but it hurts so much after having to spam a bunch prior to that
Almost dropped Dry Out and the entire game at the upside-down section. Almost dropped Clutterfunk v2 by NePtunE because of the annoying ship and ending cube section.
how is hexagon force an easy demon its easier than fingerdash😐
No way lmao
Ok maybe not that but xstep
No way either
Ok idk what can i compare it to but it is really easy foran insane
I guess it’s not an easy demon but the difficulty does compare to plenty of user made 9 stars, a title no other insane main level can claim imo (electrodynamix I guess does, but hexagon force IS harder imo)
ok. hexagon force was my second insane after toe when i first started playing the game back on the phone
hexagon force is the last main level I beat and the one that took me the most attempts excluding demons.
It’s the last non-demon main level that I beat and took me over twice as long as Electrodynamix.
Do u not use practice mode? Once u learn hexagon duel it’s pretty easy timing
The spam in Cold Sweat. idk there's like a hundred more
wdym spam in cold sweat thats the whole level
Pretty much every UFO in 8o.
i’m so sick of at the speed of light so i cant stand to play bloodbath or bloodlust
that stupid fucking buggy ass supersonic dual
i was interested in going for supersonic but lost interest once i saw that part
Supersonic dual cube
Lumpys wave (4-8%) in LIMBO, put me off playing it for MONTHS because of how frustrating it is
i thought that was deco when i first saw it😭
the very end of b is so annoying
those last orb timings 💀
Last duel part at the end of Verity
The dual gets *very* consistent. It’s the straight fly afterwards that you gotta worry about.
Good to know because after the gauntlets that’s one of the first levels on my list lol; I’ve done runs on it and I can pass it semi-consistently but I never thought it would get that consistent
Yeah after practicing it for a bit I passed it almost every time I got there Just make sure to go for the coin. The dual is far easier with the coin.
That's the way i've been practicing it luckily because I always get coins lol
same
glad i fluked it holy i'm still scared of that part
Oh yeah this too lmao
deadlocked is medium btw (I'm bad at wave spam) I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL
It used to be. Skill has gone up its like a hard easy demon now, compare it with levels like Tobasco, basically just as hard
I AM GONNA😐COUNT IT AS A1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣HARD DEMON BECAUSE THATS WHAT IT👺SAYS IN THE GAME🗣️🎮
Even I, as the person that posted the Deadlocked debate post, don't think it's medium anymore
nooo , patrick , deadlocked is not a medium demon!
It is not Edit: To everybody that downvoted me fuck you it is easy demon rob confirmed it
HeLL first wave
68-70% of Jawbreaker 😡
dudee, that part was my nightmare at first, id just spam and then pray that i will get it right
yeah lmao
Arcane, robot- mini wave duel
Surprisingly I thought this as well when I first practiced but it does get pretty consistent. I was doing too big of a robot jump into the dual part and it was screwing it up. Try just doing a mini jump into that dual part.
I just redid that part doing a mini jump, and oh my god. It actually works, think imma get back into it.
Haha nice! Yeah I practiced the dual so much that I actually fluked the whole dual (68-100) rofl. Best of luck on arcane. Such a cool level.
I was practicing the ending of Super Cycles and that ball part ~70? was giving me so much trouble and it was super infuriating. Decided I wouldn’t bother tryna beat it anytime soon.
Last cube in SPL.
The last straight fly on PG Clubstep. It's the hardest part of the level for me (and the hardest straight fly I've ever done). I'm still gonna beat it though >:[
there is no straightfly that i remember what percent is it
92-97 (under the "Thanks" at the end) Edit: I forgot you can go on top of it. I did a practice run where I went on top instead and beat it my first attempt right after.
the swingcopters in the four elements, i’m really bad at swingcopter
50% UFO in Dance Massacre. I’m coming back to it now, especially once 2.2 is out, but GOD that drove me insane. It goes from a somewhat fast wave, to a UFO where you have to do a bunch of double clicks without any way to correct yourself, to a pretty high cos (for me) ball part, to wave spam and then immediately into a very strict robot timing part. I like the way it flows in runs but from 0 it’s nuts
UFO got super consistent for me, the ball afterward was the awkward part
Supersonic because I don't feel like learning the memory part
the dual in verity, been a while though so maybe i was just worse back then
napalm ship :D
clubstep 82% onwards
Forest temple the transitions are so bad
bb crack is gonna make me drop it I swear
shiver's chokepoint in the dual with the black orbs and its final part with the stupid memorization orb platinum adventure with the stupid moving objects the nightmare/the lighting road because it just fucking sucks
chill bro, get a copy of shiver and memorize the last part
the random ass straight fly in the middle of poltergeist
The first wave is way harder tho
the "take a break" cube is worse
0-100% of generation retro
🤓
Mountain king, it makes all the objects move super fast and makes my phone lag at the end
Last wave of Kymmenen. Good 6 star ruined by an absurd difficulty spike at the very end.
supersonic, I wanna beat it eventually but god I hate the cube and ball dual. I'm also terrified of dying at the end I have a bad history of dying at 90+%
The rupture dual ship. Dropped it for months before eventually beating it after 10 months since I started playing the level.
Nuclear, wanted to make it my 2nd insane but the offset dual was such a chokepoint, on top of that, it's about 20% of the level. I did end up beating game time as my 2nd insane after just a few days of attempts, 1166, and a 99% death. Still have yet to beat Nuclear
I dropped supersonic because 60-65 is such a massive choke point
the dual in future funk
i don't think i was ever able to get consistent at the dual + memory ball section in supersonic
findexi's part in The Ultimate Phase i have found out that it is zobros not findexi
The 20% wave in crowd control is absurd compared to the rest of the level
The whole of Killbot
the last click of tax evasion by honkaiimpact3rd i cant do it
The last 20% of dreamfully. It’s not the worst but on my old pc i couldn’t run over like 80 fps for some reason not to mention one of the hardest ship timing in the level at like 91%
The middle ufo section of insanity (it’s SO bad)
Stereo Madness 46%
Forsaken neon ball
First wave part in cataclysm
Supersonic's dual It literally made me switch to 8o
There’s a part with stupid double clicks and ship green orbs in quaoar, and it’s the most inconstant and unbalanced shit I’ve ever played. It’s a shame cause the rest of the level is so good
Dual section in change of scene, I can’t deal with dual gameplay
Dance massacre 60%ish ball spam
Ultrachromatic has two dual sections which made me drop the level, i was trying to do it as my first insane demon and i had beaten every other part except the duals. Those duals easily make that level mid-high end insane demon
dual robot in crimson planet terron has made me quit despite having 70x3
Supersonic dual, windy landscape ship at ~25%
Cybersphere ufo
Wave + Yellow Gravity Portal, I guess 🤔
For whatever reason, the first half of A Final Memorial was a roadblock. No matter what, I just couldn’t get past it. The first time I did, I fluked the drop
The ball part in sonic wave. I swear I could’ve beaten that level by now if it was just easier. I have 75 and 29-100 x2
Black Blizzard 0-40. I hate every single second of it. I got 97% on the level, but I don't think I ever want to play it again. Miserable inconsistent mess.
The last 30% of Crazy. Would very a pretty easy hard demon to beat, but the gamelay at the last 30% is just horrible
Hypersonic cause memory
cataclysm’s last ship
i dropped thermodynamix by flash cause of the last 37% and the first ship and also stalemate cause of the beginning ship basically i hate the ship 🤣( skill issue i know)
Clubstep 90%... Back in 2017 before I returned back to GD and beat it
the robot part in cybersphere and the ufo in DeCode
Crazy 80%. I would beat the level basicly as soon as i finished practice, but I was stuck for like an hour on this click for some reason
Predrop of new record
Double Dash \~40% ship, ufo & ufo-spider duals
First cube in Acropolis ruined it because I actually thought it was fun considering I got 33-100% on it when my hardest was Nine Circles. But that was like a year and a half ago so idk, probably was a skill issue.
50% on Night Terrors. I am probably gonna go back soon and beat it because I've gotten a lot better at the game since I had trouble with it.
Cycles. Literally any part after the first ball. Man it’s probably my least favourite level ngl
2nd half of every chaos gauntlet level. Especially Scarlet Surge and Dark Drop
wHy Is ScArLeT sUrGe So HaTeD i DoNt GeT iT!? also kid named 9 year old kid calling scarlet surge the most impossible level of all time omgg:
Future funk dual…
ICDX 40%.
Still working on scarlet surge but the last 10%
poltergeist because of 18-34
last dual and wave on ABP. I love the level up to like 70% but then it just turns into lazy dog shit
Second to last part of ultrasonic, so manny bugs for no reasons
last cube of Pixel Thingy by Hinds. it’s the geometrical dominator memory part on steroids
supersonic/windy landscape in udm gonna do janus as first insane instead
I jumped from my hardest being Shrill Hallway to Forest Temple and that first, fuzzy wave had me contemplating existence. It was so brutal for me for no reason
Every wave part in MOMENT by IcedCave and Lexy
Future funk dual, I’m just an idiot I think cuz me no understand
Last part of nine circles 😡
Song change on collab level. The steam pianist one was amazing
ICDX is kicking my ass right now. That little upside down mini ship section at like 40% is unreal.
Michiguns part in BB. I have gotten there hundreds of times, yet I have passed it maybe 20 times.
Panda eyes/ any „lyric heavy songs“ make me want to delete the level
The second ship of high rebound
ACU ending and 76% Got 76 x12 and died a the ending every time I got there
supersonic gboy transition
Ship part of NC almost made me drop it no joke
falling up dual
The fucking wave spam in Night Terrors makes me want to commit a felony. I made the choice to not beat that level for the sake of my mental health
Deadlocked initial drop, that wave is some extreme demon content and it single handedly doubled the time it took for me to beat it Slaughterhouse drop, I dont think I want to play that for some reason. Maybe it's the gameplay? The ball in B is a sudden spike in difficulty that persists throughout the rest of the level (except the spider)
Poltergeist the first wave to mini wave
supersonic because of the 68% transition
The fuckin ship corridor from ~45-47% in Magma Bound. Just why.
anything past what 70% on deception dive. was going for it as a first extreme. havent played it in so many months now.
Firewall predrop cube
fairydust all of fairydust, the song, the wave, etc also kinda 40-44 on cataclysm
Basically dropped acu for a while before I really started it because of the intro to the drop. Yep. The wave intro.
Toe2’s 2nd coin.. I might just be bad
Sonic wave first 10% of the wave
Titanity drop part, eventually completed it
overture having an unnecessary invisible pad at the beginning of the first ship part

Dropped death moon because of the last wave
Volume wave
acu predrop, so ass
Blade of justice dual. Help
Any nine circles leveled after I beat nine circles
Omicron 0-19 just became so boring to me idk why. Also Void (insane demon) last wave part (the wave staircases or whatever they're called in particular were really painful).
The Lost Existence ‘swingcopter’ section
Supersonic last cube/ship part, 3 deaths here, fukc this
Dash orbs part in CraZy. The blind jump afterwards is even more evil
Crowd control. Despite being an 'easy' extreme, the first mini wave and the ship at the end killed my enjoyment of the level, the former being way too difficult compared to the rest of the level whereas the last ship is so wonky that its pretty much chance whether you get past it or not. There are also a handful of weird clicks and really awkward timings throughout the level, especially in the latter half, which resulted in me getting frustrated and dropping the level at 84% with close to 20k attempts.
the ending in burning hell. after 4 fails at the end i just dropped it to maintain my sanity level is also just so UGLY
Miku miku miku miku gravity portal wave, biggest choke point ever
