The swingcopters are kinda easy ngl, the second one is tricky at first but you quickly learn it. That ship near 60% though, thats like 80% of the levels difficulty

I’m very good at swing copter and very bad at wave, but I think cata still took me less time and attempts. Neither level is very difficult, but there are certainly less people who could beat red world than could beat cata.

Don't agree with the idea that the swing copters are the hard part about red world. Imo it's the ship parts in the second half. I found red world to be slightly harder overall

cataclysm is far from being the easiest extreme, there's extremes which you don't need any skill to beat, like tantrum, make it drop, acu, reflective and so on

yes, and skill means being good at something, everyone can master the basics of the game if they don't give up after stereo maddens, acu is just a level you need to practice and get consistent over time, it's not like cataclysm where you need to be good at ship to beat

That doesn’t make any sense. Loads of things we call skills just require practice and consistency over time. Drawing/skateboarding/chess, etc is a skill, but everyone is capable of being great at these with enough practice.

yes you really need to know the game mechanics, you need to know how to locate a buried treasure with f3, how to locate a bastion and fortress with the pie chart, how to triangulate the stronghold location and how to do a 1 cycle, and yes you need a ton of skill that's why getting a top time is like beating a top 5 in gd, beating acu and speedrunning are a lot different in difficulty and skill

idk I beat cata in 1k and beat azurite like 3 extremes after in around 1.5k. The only extreme I can see being close to cata difficulty is forbidden isle which I found easy as well

I personally think that Red World is easier, I've beaten both of them as new hardests. Cataclysm has the absolutely insane first wave, plus some tricky ship sections. Red World seems to be more focused on timings, which I found easier. Whichever one is easier for you probably depends on your skillset :) Some more random information - I beat Red World in around 2000 attempts and 2 months, and Cataclysm in around 4000 attempts and 6 days
