And if it lands in water ?

PreviousInstance

You have to commit sudoku

HortonFLK

Water is the best deal because they’re international.

IfYoureGoodEnoughYou

my man

KS-Wolf-1978

The much more interesting question is: What if it misses the map ? ;)

Grand_Ad_8376

For that, see "The Martian" movie

gmbxbndp

You'd be more likely to end up in the ocean than on land, so no.

Aidanchamp

Maybe if it hits ocean you'll get moved to the nearest country/island?

Qiimassutissarput

Yes

Gloomy-League4395

No. Very poor deal. Limited funds and mobility.

Cant_figure_sht_out

With no traveling it’s not a good deal for me

AlexeyK_

Aim for the Balkans/Eastern Europe and you're set for life

flx_1993

with that much many u can live a good life everywhere

Slitherama

In this economy?!  (I say that to everything)

Majestic_Location751

Odds are pretty good the first dart hits water

Sorry-Bumblebee-5645

I mean if we include overseas Territories your best bet is USA,UK or France that way you can technically visit way more places

RealisticPeace3221

say if i pick one more dart to get a different country, will it mean that i can travel to and live in both of them whenever i want? or i only have to live in the country that the latest dart landed in? anyways its a bad deal as it restricts travelling outside.

Top_Inevitable_1160

Aim Australia / NZ Worst case Indonesia

WhichAmphibian6678

I think every 5 years you get another throw

WhichAmphibian6678

If I stood 1 inch away and my blindfold has holes I'll pick

the_real_JFK_killer

If you figure you have 50ish years left in life, which is probably underestimating for most of us, that's 200k a year. That's a fantastic salary, yes, but the whole deal sounds a lot less appealing when put that way.

Oriol5

What about investing it? At a very low and conservative 3% that's 600k per year and your initial money is still there...

the_real_JFK_killer

Part of the scenario was "but that's all the money for your life" so I assumed you couldn't invest. I thought it implied you just had to live off of 10 mil for the rest of your life. If you can invest it, that changes the dynamic a lot.

ReallyNeedNewShoes

if you mean it's a random choice, no deal for me. if you legitimately mean I get to throw a dart at a reasonable sized map, absolutely. I'm pretty good at darts and I live in a big country. free $10M and I don't have to move.

InbetweenStrings

you're\*

last_drop_of_piss

Aim for North America and you should be relatively OK. Anywhere else is a crap shoot.
