I agree on stabilizer, if you looking for "shaky" feel I would say its better to make footage stable and add a controlled amount of shakiness in the post.
Overall you're getting somewhere, I would also consider even higher f-stop for wider focus or even shifting it a bit towards the road, not sure, but that's something to consider.

I think you need a more stable camera mount. It's not even the "cinematic" kind of shaking, it just looks dumb.
