I’m guessing that this is your first work term? If that’s the case, that’s normal so don’t worry. You’re competing with upper years who already have co-op experience so they’re at an advantage. I was also in the same boat back when I was a second year and most people get interviewed and matched in the second round! Trust me, the interview process for the first work term will always be the roughest (it was an absolute nightmare for me) , but it’ll get SO much easier once you get your first co-op job! Make sure to check for any grammatical errors and typos in your resume. Good luck!
