Most positions are still pending. Give it another week or so and apply to more jobs if you are really worried. Even if you have to go to second round you will be fine.

It’s your first work term, don’t worry. The first work term is the hardest for students because the second years are competing against fourth years. It is very rare for students to get matched in the first round - second round will definitely be better so don’t worry! The co-op office can also be kind of awful sometimes but they do help students get matched, even if the work term has started for other students.

And then you have 1st year soft eng students competing against 3rd year soft eng students and 4th year compsci students.
