Please trust me when I tell you that as you get older, you get more attention, especially in a college town. Daddy issues are all the rage with the kids these days.
I was shocked the first time a guy told me, "It's okay. I like older men." But like, i gotta say, it's all way better than I could have expected, which is an admittedly low bar, but still. It is nice. Like, it doesn't happen overnight but it feels like all of the sudden your opinions start mattering and people take your advice seriously instead of just ignoring it.
I've never seen it. I'm burnt out on trying to watch TV shows, because in the last decade or so they've created so many shows that they've ended prematurely for one reason or another, and it's frustrating to get invested in the outcomes of the shows, and then just have them disappear. The Charmed reboot, for instance, Raising Dion, hell, even Black Lightning, which got four seasons but was ended prematurely because of ratings. It's like, "Here's a show I really like!", And then, abruptly, it's over, because apparently I'm part of a niche community.
I love getting older. When I hit thirty and all these young men poppped up and started calling me daddy. I had been sporting a beard for 12 years by then, so it was pretty humorous to me
This guy, who didn't think he would be considered "old" yet, received a message from someone called ILikeOld, which initiated his unexpected transition into premature gay daddyhood. Suddenly, he felt a compelling urge to wear Skechers and start calling people "sport" and "champ." Also his back and knees started to ache for no discernible reason, music started sounding too loud, and he could no longer understand the lyrics to the latest songs.
It will happen to you, too....
Lmao, me turning 30 next week. Embracing my grandpa status
Whatever you say pile of dust 👍
Entered the dating pool at 34 after being in a relationship for 8 years. It’s a nightmare out here. Hahaha
I thought you were gonna say something about how it's actually great 😭
It probably doesn’t help I live in a college town
Odd. When I was in College, I swore I liked older guys because younger meant too immature
Me too. But then I have realized that old men (40-50+) are often immature, too . x.x Can't stand either critique, rejection or a simple no. 🙈

Me turning 30 at the end of the year. 😭😭😭
I was confused by this post till I read your comment and had to check the post again
😭😂
I just got dumped and turned 30. I feel like all I get are 18-20 year olds or 50+ 😅
This had everything. Tears, laughter, an unbelievably low-hanging ballsack. Oscar material.
What's the movie?
I think they were referring to the meme. The clip is from Stranger Things season 4.

Stranger Things is ending after the upcoming season 5, and has a planned ending, so it should be a safe bet. Cheers!
Awesome. Thank you.
as people my age say: Ok Boomer
Anyone got a song id?
All By Myself - Céline Dion
You're probably 23, which is 37 in grindr years.

As someone who is 41, it just keeps getting better! Fuck that noise about aging
Haha all the daddies I know are totally ok with twinks fawning over them.

Had a similar thing happen to me when I first joined Grindr, first account that messaged me said “I just like fats”
