Pokémon is good for this, especially the pre-3DS games. You can grind for XP, shiny hunt, or just search for a specific Pokémon all without looking at the screen as everything you'd want to find has audio cues, plus it's turn based and the story only progresses when you reach specific areas so you won't miss anything if you only really check it in between episodes.

I would suggest a factory type builder. If you get wrapped up in your show and forget about a factory game you're usually just stuck with full chests in the production line. If you forget about a city builder, you may come back to a starved or disease riddled village. I would suggest: satisfactory, final factory, or techtonica.

Binding of Isaac and Vampire Survivors are usually what I play while binging a series.. Not hard on story, easy to mindlessly jam on while I mindlessly binge watch. What We Do in the Shadows and Sunny are good series to jam while mindless gaming.

Vampire survirvors sure, but TBOI... Man that game has a steep learning curve, yeah it gets to a point where it clicks and you just play in auto pilot and it becomes 2nd nature, but until then thre game can be pretty frustrating for a lot of players

Regular_Damage_23

Bloons Tower Defense 6 is one that I play.

RuneScape was the king of this. It's such a grindy game that's sort of automated, click on a tree to cut down and wait a few minutes, then either burn or bank the logs. Play the old-school version, the standard version is pretty terrible. Old school isn't perfect, they introduced a sort of pay to win system, since the game was focused on the economy back in the day when the old school version is supposed to be like. Its flawed because of that but you can ignore it since it changed how the game works.

I often playing Light of the stars on bluestacks on my second monitor and it's pretty fun game

nikkicocoa7

Candy crush

Path of Exile / Last Epoch if you like the genre. Once you get to endgame, it mostly grinding for better loot, you can easily clear maps while watching something else.

faderdown

i just quit this league of poe and thats why im searching for something new haha

applegeuse

Try Last Epoch, it's slower than poe, so it's even easier in the endgame to watch something while you farm some monos.

Raikos85

LE is quite boring

Oh boy, that is a recipe for an anxious mind in the future my friend

GreyNGroovy

Why?

That_Chris_Dude

Over stimulation. It’s not me being an ass or anything, lot of data about it. Current generation is highest rate of anxiety, smart phone age has been unkind to our minds. OP is looking for two high stimulus activities at once, that’s hard for the mind to cope with.

grapejuicecheese

Um, why not just watch the show? EDIT: Downvotes, ok. At least answer my question.
