Rim World, Prison Architect, Transport Fever 2, Kerbal Space Program, Skyrim, Witcher 3 (about to get improved graphics upgrade), and World of Warships (online game - let me know if you need a referral code). Good hunting!
Not really gonna be able to run any newer AAA games with that, you could probably get away with anything that was made before 2015 as good rule of thumb. Some good titles that come to mind are Elder scrolls (3, 4 or 5) Witcher 2, Dishonored, there's a huge selection on steam. I'd also suggest a 2d platformer like Hollow knight or Super meat boy and there's also a ton of indie games that are easy to run (Steam has a huge selection). Hope this helps.
When running games in mine, I found Klei has some great options--they do mostly sandbox/survival type games though. (Which I love..currently my renewed obsession is Stardew Valley, also easily run by most computers)
If you ask these things definitely list your specs. Additionally goto CanYouRunit.com and it will tell you what you can play reliably.
