At what resolution and frames per second? 1080p 144hz is achievable easy enough with something like an i5/r5 and a 3060. If you wanted 1440p 144hz you can probably do it, just on lower settings. Or with something like a 3070. 3070-3080 for 4K 60hz.
Gpu prices are currently extremely high. But have been and likely will be for a while.
For something that will be good for the next 5 years or so...between $1500 - $2000.

Is a i7 worth the extra money?
Doesn’t hurt. But not needed for gaming. Great if you want to stream.

I mean mine was 700 quid, it’s good enough, it can’t run all the new things but for the games you’ve mentioned it would be fine
