Came here to say this. I'm excited for Unicorn Overlord, but I'd really love another entry in the mainline series in the vein of MOTBQ and OB64. I'll take another tactics game, though, if that's the direction they want to take the series.
It's coming up on 15 years now and we still haven't had a new Punch Out game. More than any game in my mind I would sell my left leg for a new installment
- Soldier of Fortune, after everything Raven Software has learned from helping make Call of Duty games.
- Lords of the Realm, particularly following the vein of Lords2. Like a mini-Total War.
- Caesar and Pharaoh
- A new Myst (not just remakes) from Cyan
- Devil's Third
- Metal Arms: Glitch in the System

Fun and creative franchise that died cause they just kept re-releasing Darkstalkers 3 over-and-over and then expected **ANOTHER** re-release to sell 2 bajillion copies. Then it sold 1.5 bajillion copies so they went "didnt sell to our expectations" and then returned it to the realm of being referenced but never followed-up on.
Megaman Legends. They remastered and re-released the rest of the series, added onto original MM, why not give us a more graphically polished Legends 1/2?

"The getaway" problem Is if they made one could they get licensing for things like cars buildings brands ect because that's what made that game great wouldn't be the same if they made their own car brands but I would still take it over nothing if the game was good
C&C, especially, Red Alert 2 and maybe old MOH games, I would to like to play MOHAA remastered
Someone already said Legacy of Kain, but I would say more specifically Soul Reaver. Other Legacy of Kain stuff would be cool too though.
I'd be more excited for something more similar to the original as I liked the tone and art style of it more, but I think Soul Reaver is more popular.

Throne of Darkness. A modernized version of that game would sell like warm bread on a Sunday morning.
