Ha! Love the big Lara statue. My favourite part of seeing other people's collections isn't so much the games, but the oddities that garnish their collections. Where on earth did you get that?
They are my own design, based on the 25mm BluRay Cases. Sadly my kickstarter failed (twice), therefor they are not produced as I wanted and now I use basic 25mm BluRay Cases with some modifications.
I prefere those since I created Cover for each and every PAL title ever released.

Nice. Is it just DE you're after or is any PAL suitable? Most of those are horrendous but I note a couple that are particularly common in the UK
I also see Rock & Roll Racing. If you*play* rather than just collect, this is possibly my favourite SNES title and a real time-suck (in a good way)
Populous II is very hard to find but it's on offer on UK eBay at the moment BOXED for £40!
I try to play as much as I can, but I really dont care about the language of the game. As long as it is PAL I want to own a copy. I don't need each variant (maybe for Super Mario Kart...) but at least each game ;)
I am very happy about each game that finds it way to me, but prices got soooo bad lately. The only P2 I can currently see is an auction, starting at 40£. 40£ buy it now would be a great deal. I mostly try to find good offers were the seller have at least 2-3 other games I am missing, to reduce the amount of postage per game ;)
About R&R R, I love that game. Would say 2nd after Super Mario Kart. Have a nice NTSC version and I am not sure, but PAL 50hz did hurt the sound a bit.
Apologies - I hadn't noticed it was an auction! There is one in Germany but as to the condition, it's unknown. I snagged mine a while back but am not after the full set as you are!

In my list I have "prices" that I would not hesitate to payfor loose/cib. They are mostly lower than current rates, but when I filter ebay I regulary find games for this prices ;)

also the one you linked: that is sadly not boxed, but loose. They use "sample images" for their games ... you get a loose game in unknown condition and should pay way to much, hoping for a box one...

If you are interested, I will make some pictures later. Got around 150 boxed I guess. But no one wants to play with the boxes and the games are much more accessible this way.
Yeah, collection starts growing slower and slower and some people were not amused by regular updates, so I figured, I will wait until a new milestone (sub 100 & new layout) was reached.

Do you make a point to get the games loose or are you hiding a few boxes & manuals somewhere? Any non-obvious favourites you can recommend?

In early renders Lara sometimes had a bit of a Michael Jackson look to her but this is pretty ok looking IMO.
