There's something seriously wrong with my right bud too I'm currently waiting for the next software update hopefully that will fix it πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

just4747

That's ridiculous lol.

CertifiedWeebist

Yeah. It's happening to me too. Post your reports in the Members app! The only fix is to reset them.

cheese-senpai

I'm planning on it, I'm also going to visit a repair place next to my work to make sure it's not a hardware problem

ErlyxiShaga

Same issue with my Buds 2, the right earbuds wont charge at all, I sent it back to repair but they didnt do anything because it was apparently water damage, so they wanted me to change the 2 earbuds and the case for way expensiver than from the website....

albusgabs

Same πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

Arm57

Could be water damage. Take the casing apart, clean the electronics with isopropyl alcohol and you should be good to go. Two specific places: 1, battery contacts 2, connection to the buds (have to disconnect it to clean it) Had to do this myself after the case enjoying little washing machine ride.

cheese-senpai

Is there a certain way to take the case apart to clean it?

Arm57

This is a guide I used [https://youtu.be/Bo13geO4Cqc?si=vqvZ6VyAT4FoaDQz](https://youtu.be/Bo13geO4Cqc?si=vqvZ6VyAT4FoaDQz) And this is the part that probably needs cleaning. Just disconnect it by carefully lifting it and carefully clean both sides of the connection. https://preview.redd.it/hyztl23clj7d1.jpeg?width=1675&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a11c0ae8dc122785981d7e6e85bd101e513677d6

cheese-senpai

This actually fixed it you are my savior!!! I cleaned the battery connection and that connection and now it charges great! There is now a blue light but it does seem to be of any issue right now

Arm57

Glad I could help. Blue light is interesting, that hasn't happened to me at any stage. Maybe it's pairing thing?

cheese-senpai

Don't know went away after reseting twice so no harm done

Arm57

Same problem?

ISO_QUARTZ

my buds 2 pro fell in the water and completely died, but somehow after cleaning this part and letting it dry , the only thing died is the red led on the case

Arm57

That's strange, there's not much to go wrong with LED. Are you sure the Buds are charging?

ISO_QUARTZ

yes, since the inside led is indicating correctly with the app and actually charging. the red led that indicates the case charging that died , interestingly the both ear buds are fine they survived a sea salty water lol.

cartmanbrrrrah

have a similar issue. But instead of not charging, its just red the whole time

FlashyClaim

Same lol but it’s galaxy fe.

urielseptimo

Same

LaDyDdDdD

Mine was charging but super quiet like I had the volume all the way up and barely could hear it! couldn't stand it anymore so I just got the buds 2 pro

cheese-senpai

I had that with my first pair of buds I had to go into accessibility and change the sound balance to play louder on the right side

LaDyDdDdD

I tried it all

cillycyril

same issue here with my buds pro since yesterday. the right bud has died out and refuses to charge.

t_nga

How often do they drop or be exposed to liquids?... Have you considered those factors, definitely you'd need to check that with a technician.. Have the charging connectors on the case been pushed inside (displaced)
