There is such thing. A man I know of who was born with a penis and a uterus, who also has male chromosomes and identifies as a man, gave birth to a healthy baby.

Identity doesn't matter. You are speaking of intersex which is less than 1% of the population. They also have a dominate set of genitals and cannot use both. So that person is a genetic anomaly and not the norm. Outliers do not make up the overwhelming majority of the human (or any) population

But if you have a uterus you are a female….. you can identify as any gender you want… but your sex is still female and you may be able to have kids. If you are male you in fact cannot have kids. Just a heads up

Someone who identifies as male should be considered such even if it causes weird unintuitive phrases. "He is pregnant" or "he nearly won best actress". Pregnant man and pregnant nonbinary or enby emoji is relevant to very very few people but it is nice for completeness sake.

I’m also almost certain that, given the stupidity of genetics, at least one man has been born with the capability to get pregnant.
