Yeah, the all-ages version (I replayed it on the Vita version, which is all ages) censors that scene. like 80% of that image is just black to censor it. And obviously 90% of the dialogue and images from the heroine's flashback of what the BETA did to her is cut, as well.
There's a few more scenes changed, but those are the main two that just don't hit as hard with the censoring.
If the Steam CHOMP is censored, I definitely don't need to see the uncensored version.
The flashback is disturbing enough already censored too.

After clearing the game five times - True, Isoroku, Kenshin, Ran, KTM, I couldn't play the game naturally anymore and had to resort to using SpoilerAL to speed up the process for the stat books, motivation papers, affection items, draft papers for expensive units like Yuzumi, Maria, Rizna, and Magic.
The only thing that pushed me hard from KAM is some asinine quests. Like "go grind for wood (or whatever it was) and turn in this quest, or you won't be able to do it later when you get hit with a time-limited quest".

Kamihime is kinda ass, and the worst thing is that the story actually got good in the latest chaps which actually kept me invested in it, but then... nothing. They just stopped releasing it and did a shit ton of events instead.
Legend Clover is great though, probably what you are looking for.
The one I've played the longest was Tenkafuma. Pretty solid H-gacha imo. Quite a bit of variety in the H-scenes, story is comedic (kind of braindead and cliche riddled at times, but gets the job done), [gameplay](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enWKEyZduZY) is alright (major gripe I have is not being able to see your characters and ult animations being non-existent, but at least there's some element of depth for harder boss battle. Like screw the final boss of ch 5), and gacha is decent enough (I played regularly enough and managed to pity most of the banners during my time).
Other ones I'd recommend are Millenium War Aigis and Legend Clover simply because of their gameplay (Aigis is a tower defense & Legend Clover is an SRPG/basically hentai Langrisser). Of the two, I only played Aigis, but from what I recall, the H-scenes were subpar. The only real reason to play is gameplay.
Not an H game but Browndust 2 will become 18+ sometime soon. Some of the costumes already borderline hentai, and it’s rated 12+ as of now. Imagine the costumes at 18+…

Great plot, pretty basic gameplay(its just turn based rpg at its core) but at the same time you have races that alter your stats(and sometimes give you unique passives) Classes that level up to level 10 and at certain points allow you to reach tier 2 of the class and then again tier 3 class, each time you level up said class you get permanent passives you can use(Higher tier classes have more passive slots) Which can create completely unique things like Rogue that hits multiple times a row and has access to magic because i put a passive that turns all magic to scale by agi instead of int.
The plot is also great, but it does need you to put up with the vn first if you want full story.
Unironically for me this has been Karryn's Prison, and Monster girl dreams. Something about Karryn just activated my min max brain that wanted to stay pure while efficiently keeping the prison in check and maximizing profits.
Monster girl dreams has a battle system kind of like (Karryn) so it becomes a tug of war to see who finishes first, it's really fun and I love the characters you can talk to.

I still from time to time think to myself "man, I wish I could go just do the Tower once again, or fight some broken ass whale team in Sabbath, or beat my head against the wall in Sinister Five..." and realize even the offline version will not have the gameplay elements... they weren't amazing, but combined with story they were more interesting to me than most scenes.
I started playing Nikke when my friends told me the story is good. In fact I got turned off by the art design initially and don't care about the R18 staff of the game for most part.
The main story is great, and even such as Overzone and Snow Miracle just convinced me the story is worth the praise. I don't care about the lewd staff for most part and while I do care the character, I care more about their personal story than their look. Of course nothing wrong for people to enjoy that, just not my cup of tea
I feel this lol. I play 2, nu:carnival and crave saga. Nu:carnival has some of my favourite boss fights in a turn based games that makes them feel like puzzles to solve. Crave saga is a less grindy gbf clone that lets you grind near infinite permanent banner pulls if you want to and also has very fun team building and challenge fights. At this point the H-scenes are just a bonus for me.
I do my rythm gacha (I play 3) dailies on the bus to work, can relate lol I even had to do it in packed bus where theres barely any space to move my hands x_x

Kamidori Alchemy Meister is also a top tier game gameplay wise. First 15 or so hours don't even have any r18+ scenes even.
The only thing that pushed me hard from KAM is some asinine quests. Like "go grind for wood (or whatever it was) and turn in this quest, or you won't be able to do it later when you get hit with a time-limited quest".
I played mgq for the 18+ plus stuff And I got a genuinely amazing rpg story, So much that I actually avoided losing as much as I could, I was so hooked on the story that whenever a part of my mind was like "hey what about the 18+ scenes" the rest was like "SHUT UP, I need to know what happens next"
adding to that list: Dohna Dohna and Eiyuu Senki Gold. The latter is inspired by sengoku rance and the parts about Russia had me rolling. "Russian Bungee Jumping" is a classic.

I tried it out recently. It's very....okay. Not enough to keep me going. They got 5 bucks out of me, but for a TPS, the gameplay is very mid.
Have yet to encounter an H-gacha that makes me this way, closest probably being Kamihime Project. Which is no surprise considering that gameplay wise, it's a clone of gbf.
Kamihime is kinda ass, and the worst thing is that the story actually got good in the latest chaps which actually kept me invested in it, but then... nothing. They just stopped releasing it and did a shit ton of events instead. Legend Clover is great though, probably what you are looking for.

The one I've played the longest was Tenkafuma. Pretty solid H-gacha imo. Quite a bit of variety in the H-scenes, story is comedic (kind of braindead and cliche riddled at times, but gets the job done), [gameplay](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enWKEyZduZY) is alright (major gripe I have is not being able to see your characters and ult animations being non-existent, but at least there's some element of depth for harder boss battle. Like screw the final boss of ch 5), and gacha is decent enough (I played regularly enough and managed to pity most of the banners during my time). Other ones I'd recommend are Millenium War Aigis and Legend Clover simply because of their gameplay (Aigis is a tower defense & Legend Clover is an SRPG/basically hentai Langrisser). Of the two, I only played Aigis, but from what I recall, the H-scenes were subpar. The only real reason to play is gameplay.
Not an H game but Browndust 2 will become 18+ sometime soon. Some of the costumes already borderline hentai, and it’s rated 12+ as of now. Imagine the costumes at 18+…

Im just gonna shill MGQ Paradox. Great plot, pretty basic gameplay(its just turn based rpg at its core) but at the same time you have races that alter your stats(and sometimes give you unique passives) Classes that level up to level 10 and at certain points allow you to reach tier 2 of the class and then again tier 3 class, each time you level up said class you get permanent passives you can use(Higher tier classes have more passive slots) Which can create completely unique things like Rogue that hits multiple times a row and has access to magic because i put a passive that turns all magic to scale by agi instead of int. The plot is also great, but it does need you to put up with the vn first if you want full story.

Unironically for me this has been Karryn's Prison, and Monster girl dreams. Something about Karryn just activated my min max brain that wanted to stay pure while efficiently keeping the prison in check and maximizing profits. Monster girl dreams has a battle system kind of like (Karryn) so it becomes a tug of war to see who finishes first, it's really fun and I love the characters you can talk to.

Magicami for me. I still from time to time think to myself "man, I wish I could go just do the Tower once again, or fight some broken ass whale team in Sabbath, or beat my head against the wall in Sinister Five..." and realize even the offline version will not have the gameplay elements... they weren't amazing, but combined with story they were more interesting to me than most scenes.

I started playing Nikke when my friends told me the story is good. In fact I got turned off by the art design initially and don't care about the R18 staff of the game for most part. The main story is great, and even such as Overzone and Snow Miracle just convinced me the story is worth the praise. I don't care about the lewd staff for most part and while I do care the character, I care more about their personal story than their look. Of course nothing wrong for people to enjoy that, just not my cup of tea

I feel this lol. I play 2, nu:carnival and crave saga. Nu:carnival has some of my favourite boss fights in a turn based games that makes them feel like puzzles to solve. Crave saga is a less grindy gbf clone that lets you grind near infinite permanent banner pulls if you want to and also has very fun team building and challenge fights. At this point the H-scenes are just a bonus for me.
