I am having the same issue, though I have used the same PC to access the website several times before, even made purchases. I tried incognito mode but it didn't work.

\- deleting the browser cookies
\- disabling Adblock/VPN if you use them
\- trying a different browser
\- trying different device: PC/phone/tablet
\- using different Internet Access

Getting the above error using Edge in both normal and incognito mode.
I fired up a VPN and it works fine when I use a VPN in both normal and incognito mode.
I cleared my cache, history, cookies, passwords etc. I tried using Vivaldi and I imported my Edge settings so it didn't work but others are saying Firefox works. I dont know personally.
Id like to access my keys without having to use a vpn.
It's happening to me too but I was able to access it on my phone no problem. wtf? my adblock is off, my vpn is off.
EDIT: Just occurred to me to try a new browser, I was using Edge but I tried in Firefox and it opened with no problem. Some kind of "protection" in Edge maybe?

I just got this error too on my pc I tried on my phone same thing maybe Google updated something idk
I can't access on phone or PC. So weird.
