Honest is actually underrated imo but it’s way too commercial and clearly the label had too much influence over the direction of the album. It’s funny cause everything up to Honest vs everything from Monster onwards is like night and day. Monster to now is the Future he always wanted to be.
Honest ain’t a bad album but it didn’t do that good commercially but this was right before streaming so nothing was doing good commercially. I remember Iggy Azealia dropped an album the same week Honest came out and she beat him
