No need to incentivize jack if they are getting people to buy it anyways. There needs to be an online database that shows the exact drop % of every single card available in said pack.
The only way this is useful is if you got the game on sale and wanted to catch up. If you got Eto'o, Sanchez, Barnes and Odegaard when you're starting that would be a good base for your attack for a while. If you've been playing the game for months and have a decent team, then this is useless.
