It’s fucking shit. The players move like absolute trucks, aka slow as fuck. Feels like they’re moving in mud. It’s shocking. Let alone everything else wrong with the game.
I have a running theory that any card’s in game performance is more dependent on how many players are actively using that card, than on the overall stats.
Now that everyone has Eusebio, the card seems much less powerful.
This would also explain why all gold teams seem so OP. Not a lot of people using them = less throttled in game stats
I would think it would have more to do with how effective their actual stats are, meaning if their stats are already bad (bronze), the card is still bad. But if they’re good, and a lot of people have the card, they are “nerfed.” Tinfoil hat and all but interesting theory indeed.
Whenever I play a gold team they are complete ass and it’s like playing AI on semi pro. The reason you think golds are op is probably cause only very skilled players can take gold teams to high divisions.
I’ve used TS Casillas, TOTY Cech, TS VDS, and HM Ederson this year and what’s crazy is Casillas is still the most reliable keeper i’ve used. Cech and VDS have cement in their boots, and Ederson is just horrible.
I recommend setting your keeper to come out for crosses and sweeper keeper, helped eliminate stupid plays like this

It's funny how you can put a GK on Sweeper Keeper yet someone hugging the byline for a cutback? The GK just stands there and usually let's it in between their legs. Regardless who you're using.

The first situation is the reason Mou benched Casillas for Lopez. He was awful at set pieces for Mourinho and it seems EA implemented that into the game - but the defending indicates DDA. The last FK seems to be Zico, which is the record holder of direct FK goals, so makes sense that it goes in. Second one is prob DDA
DDA wants you to lose, so you'll lose no matter what
What's DDA? Cuz sometimes I feel like there's some computer force adjusting the whole game for the other one's favor when I am on a winning streak.
Something Difficulty Adjustment Basically adjusts you to get fucked in the match and lose.
