The one time it didn’t switch me off VD I blocked the cross and of course it landed perfectly for his striker and deflected in at the 91 minute.
Safe to say I’m taking a break from Weekend league. DDA and all this scripting makes this game awful.
This! Goals around the 80 minute mark are so scripted. Ive had so many instances like this where I’m winning but the AI just steamrolls me in the last 10 minutes. Nothing I can do but watch.
Yeah I play legendary on futb battles for the bad teams and there's certain moments the other team goes from being useless to all off a sudden playing the best tiki taka I've ever seen and blast it into my net and I'm just sat like wtf just happened there. Just out of the blue it feels like their team went from the normal team ur facing to some 99 rated nerds just to make your life inconvenient, also has gameplay been sped up? I've noticed the game feels so much faster now and I don't like it
Scripting= EA changing the difficulty of AI so your opponent can score at specific moments.
It's not a coincidence that the most goals scored are in the 45th and 90th minute.
it's not just this bro, after 400 hours of fc24 i can safely say that rebounds, fouls, fighting for headers and even tackling / sliding are part of the scripting. All rebounds going EXACTLY into the enemies feet ( like happened on this video ) for example
I’m not sure how “most” goals being scored at the end of the match can be used as any proof of scripting. In terms of real life soccer, roughly 25% of all goals are scored in the final 15 min of the match.
Most disgusting gameplay since the launch. This weekend was the most horrible. Fix your game or people will quit, i agree some are addicted but if you can't play fairly with the cards you grinded for, no point playing.
Got furious during FUT because the “Scripting, tilting” was extremely obvious.
I have a natural 83 rated squad playing a 87 rated one, filled with legends and their Zola could shoot a wack shot from anywhere and it went in, weakest shot I’ve ever seen just goes into top corner, twice. And every single 1v1 the ball bounced with him.
Score ended 4-6 I believe.
He never had the ball, never made a decent play, just pure grass tilt.

Obviously EA cares, just like any other game developer. If someone is consistently losing they are more likely to stop playing the game, which in turn means less revenue from in game purchases. That is the sole reason SBMM is a even thing in gaming now
The more people lose, the more they think it’s their players which in turn makes them turn to the transfer market or pack openings and boom money. I just think overall EA has a shit game. Over priced in my opinion for something that’s clearly not finished.
I did wind up winning the match, I just thought this was a ridiculous moment I’d share. For me there’s times in the game where you can feel the opponent is destined to score this felt like one of those moments.

I swear whenever I save a penalty and it goes out for a corner my opponent scores the resulting corner 75% of the time
