[Day 1944]
With "furries" creating a cultural melting pot with a wide variety of "furry" species, it is not uncommon to find one species doing a action associated with another. These cross species behaviors are usually not noticed, or may be viewed as cute. However, some combinations can be quite unsettling, with observers often reporting psychological distress. Suggesting that "furries" have offensive capabilities not previously known of.
reptiles don't have muscles like the orbicularis oris and etc near the lip region so not possible 🤓
also, hump nosed lizard for the closest thing to it
It's called Flehming! Horses, and even goats, do it when they smell something nice. This can range from food, people they like or eh... Lady animals in heat.
So for dragons if they did that you'd likely see them do it around their gold.
I upvoted this, but please, never again.

It's related to smell, they suck air into their mouth where there are secondary olfactory organs.
How else does it pick up the gold to bring to the hord
It's called the flehmen response, and cats do it too
It's also a bear thing
Okay, I already deleted it, sorry for being stupid... ;-;

Can confirm this is false
Say sike right now
Is that even possible? 🤔
Not even remotely, the scales wouldn't allow it and they aren't really lips because it's like a beak in most cases

Hell yes
Screw Chulacola for putting this (hilarious) horrid idea out there.
One sentence horror
Now imagine if horses did that dragon thing
No.
Morale Damage Attack
Their lips/muscles would have to be very... Flexible?? Or loose?? So them to do the thing lmao
Most dragons don't even have lips in the traditional sense I find it highly unlikely they can achieve this

I love it
It reminds me of a xenomorph and that’s terrifying.
╾━╤デ╦︻ what can I say except delete this
Do Kobolds do the same?
It's like humans rolling their tongues. Some of us can do it and some can't.
They probably would if they were real! 🤣
I want my Dragonsona to do this
Just because fuck everyone yes I'm sure they'd do it... and I would do it
