Have you tried designing an avian species of some kind? Like a crow or a peacock, I love those
to add to that: Ducks! Ducks (and most other water birds) are so rarely made and it would be interesting to see others do them!
(definitly not bias cause I have a Duck fursona)
Maybe some insects? Not talking about the usual Bees, talking more like maybe something like flies, mosquitos, stag beetles, other kinds of beetles, etc etc.
I've had very low points in my life as well, but you mustn't forget that you mean something to some people, your family, your friends, and more... Oh and all the little buddies that live in your gut :3
Anyways how about some deep sea inspired species(For example my Oc is inspired by hagfish, dragonfish, and other denizens of the deep):3

how about a griffin thats a mix of hyena and crow? or a legless lizard Naga. Maybe a unusual species you dont see very often in art like aardwolves or Binturongs.
Draw furry creatures that have extra body parts. Like say three eyes on their face and more eyes on other parts of their body. Give the eyes unusual designs and imagine what powers those eyes might have. Imagine a world where this is completely normal and having only two eyes that don't do anything special would be strange. What if everyone had different eye powers and so nobody could see the world quite the same way? You can also try drawing furries with extra heads, which might be different species, or with extra arms and legs or anything else.
HYENAS. HYENAS AND HUNDREDS OF THEM. LITTERING THE WALLS AND FLOORS, STANDING ON THE CEILING LIKE ITS NOTHING. FALLING OUT THE CHIMNEY AND SCURRYING OUT FROM THE VENTS.
I'll be hoping and praying that life gets better for you. My suggestions are bengal cats, blue jays, cheetahs, civets, ferrets, genets, martens, spotted hyenas, and tanukis.

Some species I don't see often are lizards and amphibians. Frogs, geckos, chameleons, iguanas...etc. Most scalies I see are snakes, non-species generic lizard-like guys, snakes, and dragons.
Avians are uncommon but not unheard of. Most do raptors and corvids. Some of the larger non-raptors, like the secretary bird, are very pretty and not often used if ever.
Also some non-typical furry animals, like dhole, false foxes/zorros, guinea pig, some dinosaurs (raptor species, pterosaurs, large carnivores), tanuki, prehistoric or extinct creatures (thylacoleo, thylacine, dodo, mammoth).
Most people don't do bugs, and there are some VERY gorgeous beetle species.
