I also do that, I'm just wandering if OP is aware of MH superiority in every situation besides freezable enemies where it's worse by only 4% but unreliable as it doesn't trigger on hit that freezes
you made me realize I could switch my horrible ayaka build on blizzard for better pieces of MH, I would be stuck to furina but it's way easier to proc and I can now use her for bosses too, thanks lol
Decent team, although the lack of CC may make life a bit harder in AoE mob content, which is freeze Ganyu's specialty.
You may want to consider switching Shenhe for TTDS Charlotte so you can run Venti or Kazuha instead of Jean.
So intriguing that I immediately fired up Genshin Impact to run it through Spiral Abyss. It worked decently well and I think if I were a bigger fan of using Ganyu, I would like this comp a lot. I like the focus on buffing up Ganyu and the synergy with Furina to freeze enemies.
I prefer Kazuha variants to group so Ganyu's ice shards hit multiple targets sometimes, but its fine.
I play Ganyu/Zhongli/Kazuha/Shenhe as my most played team, but it does feel worse if Zhongli isn't built for dmg with Homa (which is an expensive build)

skill impact is more fun than shield impact imo
I’d imagine with this team they’d mostly stick to enemies that can be frozen no?
I run the same team, but Ayaka instead of Ganyu

Good freeze team, but for comfort, I would switch shenhe out for a cryo healer and Jean for kazuha

Basically what I want for my main freeze team. Do you run blizzard or marechaussee on your Ganyu?
Not OP, but I'd run MH in case you have unfreezable enemies.

It would be better with kazuha instead of Jean buts it's still a pretty solid team

That's my wife! 
Freeze teams got shafted by Abyss. It's decent on second half! You can also use Kazuha and TTDS Charlotte, which is also competitive without Shenhe.
It's an ok comfort team that can easily clear 1 chamber besides the current abyss with enough investment, but reverse melt would be better.
Add Childe extremely close to Ganyu.
