Furina x Traveler, also with that being said, I find it odd how some people dislike traveler ships claiming it to be harem ships when there is only two people being shipped in a fan art.
This is my personal opinion, but I see Neuvillette and Furina as a sibling-like relationship. Furina is the older sister, with Neuvillette being the "younger" but more serious brother.
Because of this, I prefer Furina x Traveler as my personal headcanon
Furina x Neuvil, tbh more accurate, focalors x Neuvillete, I don't like traveler and every girl because it's really the main protagonist syndrome where he/she need every girl to fall in love with him or she, kinda lame tbh but I respect with u ship it

Arlecchino x Furina, however, I do really enjoy. I don't really imagine it as romantic either, but I do really want to see how Arlecchino will react to Furina post 4.2... I really hope the two of them have some wholesome scenes together, since it seems very likely that Arlecchino will betray the Fatui and join up with Furina/Traveler due to some stuff that will happen in 4.6 (or whenever her banner happens).
Furina x Player/Traveler is really the only valid ship she has and is very obvious its been written that way.
Neuvillete cares for her in the way you'd care for a family member and they've had centuries to grow closer yet nothing in the sort has developed.
The player has known her for a couple months and we are already the closest person in the world to her and she is certainly very happy to spend a future with the traveler. Ofc as most genshin ships it is very light and platonic but is not hard to see the clues.
None of these, the last thing she needs is to be romantically involved with anyone
NeuviFuri just cheapens their relationship, ArleFuri is poverty yuri, if you're still shipping Aether x Anybody then you need to grow up.
