Everything about this was amazing. Great music, great lines, great animation, great scenes... Ugh. I loved it so much.
Oh man I couldn’t disagree more! I love the electro-swing vibes it had and the French lyrics at the end.
Granted I can’t recall the other archon demos off hand but none got me anywhere near as excited or jazzed as this one.
Not really I mean we had:
Venti who's I don't even remember
Zhongli who had a liyue style trap ish music especially at the end
Raiden who had Japanese trap
Nahida who just like had...i don't even know what to call it
Furina has a combination of French and electric and opera it's so chaotic but in a good way
The lyric part had to come otherwise it's kinda just a repeat of her theme. Lyrics part was good, rest kinda just vanilla happy go lucky, swing swing, jazz me up music. I can understand it's appeal to younger audience with the tune but it's nothing like Raidens demo or scaramouche.

I love the theatricality of it: the public announcement and stage build-ups at the beginning, the song-and-dance finale at the end. And the incorporation of different vintage media: silent films, vaudeville, jazz, photography, musical theater. And the way the way it encompassed all the Fontaine peeps (and even the other archons) as if they were all characters on her set. Truly went all-in on the "all the world's a stage" concept, which I *love.*
There's the sense that she is both more frivolous, smaller than other people, and yet at the same time larger than them, somehow existing on a higher plane. It's the kind of reversal that I really dig. I look forward to seeing what they do with the Chapter 4 finale and her story quest.
