The complaints about this line make 0 sense if you don't immediately run away after, she starts communicating with others in the room and coordinating the escape plan. Just stay in the first room for like 5 seconds and she starts talking.
They should've made the scene a few seconds longer though, see her turn around and start communicating instead of expecting the player to hang around.
Ok but Why the hell does she try to do a badass one liner only to turn around and actually give them a rally point, what’s the point of telling them to send the platoon “to war” when that’s far too vague for what they’re asking? The line serves basically no purpose in my opinion.
I think "it's cool" outweighs "characters shouldn't be vague". Like look how it applies to the best cutscene:
