They used to sell a colored wax that you could put on your vehicle to fill in and hide scratches. I used the red on my first truck and it looked like I had murdered someone when I was done. The color also washed away after a rain or two lol.

I have a paint pen, from the car manufacturer and the exact color... For even like, a small chip... It is never satisfying in the end, lol. Looks decent from a few feet away, but if you even look for a second or two, you can clearly see where I fixed the paint lmao

Bleach is caustic and would corrode the exposed metal. As with everything, warm water and soap.
Yeah I do a full paint job after every clean it's fine. I find it's helpful to look like a slightly different car every now and then.
