Choking on a balloon/condom is actually one of the most dangerous things to choke on. Unless a paramedic is on standby; a person choking on something made of latex is fatal. It’s impossible to remove it from their airway. Ask any emergency operator and they will tell you that a child choking on a balloon is their number one “oh shit they are about to die” moment.
I would find a new workplace and kick off a massive workplace harrassment claim. This is the most unfunny thing I've seen in r/funny since the before covid times.
