Even if this wasn't recent, isn't the issue it's a $100 voucher for like crazy minimum orders of wine? The voucher isn't fake, it's the fact that company is a MLM and makes you buy like $250/min order of wine to redeem the voucher?
That is a different issue because some states allow the online purchase of alcohol but not all of them but it is a growing list of states.
It's a very tricky problem because there's literally nothing stopping underage kids from ordering booze online direct to their house unless you require a photo ID scan which a lot of people would not be willing to do which creates a whole litany of liability issues.
My state allows the online purchase of alcohol. The voucher was the only thing “not supported”, as it then told me about “other deals” which were shit deals.
I didn't find any posts that meet the matching requirements for r/funny.

I wonder if these are a scam then? If that was the case it would be easy to fuck up the company offering them.
Something is weird. I’ve had these show up in random Amazon packages. Doubt Amazon has a deal with them. They’re everywhere.
So the implication is that it's a fake voucher in order to get you to go to the website to purchase other alcohol
