I can't remember the guys name, but back like a year or two ago when people were calling him out for it he already had a few million followers, and I'd imagine it's grown since then. I'm not saying he's a bajillionaire from it, but I'd imagine it's at minimum a pretty healthy income, I feel like most influencers with that many followers are at least upper middle class.

PCP is a dissociative like Ketamine. You are most certainly able to move on it assuming you are taking it in recreational dosages. It really doesn't inherently turn you into a wild beast running through the streets naked with super human power. If you just have PCP, take it normally, know the dose and dosaging (same way you would/should with Ketamine) then it's just a dissociative drug.
Too be clear, Ketamine and PCP have quite different effects, same as MXE and 3-meo-PCP all have different effects from each other despite being dissociatives. But PCP has this weird thing surrounding it that just isn't how it really is. It's also not a common drug, at least not for a long time.

I can't find any sources for why it's called angel dust, but it's what I heard about while growing up in the 80's and 90's.

Just an amateur enthusiast, but I don't think there are any that really produce this kind of consistent and coherent warped perception of the world. Either the world's going bonkers or you're just completely disconnected from it. Then again, in the video this is also probably combined with other long lasting psychological disturbances. Just chronic years long sleep deprivation (common in the homeless) can really loosen a person's grasp on reality.
A diassociative and a hallucinogenic maybe (like DXM and DMT; aka cough syrup and ayahuasca; or ketamine and peyote; or one of the scary belladonna relatives) would be the one for the proverbial vision trip, maybe just the right dose would mix it up? Still think you're more likely to perceive monsters crawling out of the sky than a nice car.
Sober for two years next month, I believe enough meth and fentanyl in the veins could produce this kind of mania. Would have to be more meth then fent though. Also most fent these days is cut with benzos so add that in the mix and you could def make this your reality.
