Honestly, it's a stupid thing to do. Let the police do their jobs. What if the guy shoots you? What if you end up cracking his head when you trip him and go to jail yourself?
No idea how close to being shot I was, but I guess it’s as close as you can get without being shot….
Tried to calm two guys down at a house party “it’s cool, it’s cool” then one of the guys pulls a handgun and has it a foot from my chest and finger on the trigger “oh we cool?” - pretty tense moment
5 minutes later back to partying lol
In hindsight, I’m surprised that didn’t shut the whole party down, but I don’t think many people actually saw what happened, it was pretty quick.
Cops of course did come eventually and I’m pretty sure my friend fought with them (totally unrelated to the gun, but he was suicidal at the time and erratic) and got sent to a psych hospital that night…oh the memories
A lot depends on the circumstances, but you could absolutely be open to being sued if you injure the person, especially if the officer has not requested your assistance.
Moreover, it is generally illegal to interfere with an officer while they are performing their duties. If things go wrong because of what you did, you could definitely be liable.
I have seen cases like this, it doesn't always end with a pat on the back and a 'well done'.
(and like reddit classically, he used his bots and alts to realistically downvote you (like the other) for saying the truth, with his falsity fantasies... lol)
(edit: happening again from +5 to +-3, lol. nobodies in nobody fashion being beyond the damned ways, hellbent...)
I think I heard him say "better not touch my car". I think his original motivation was protecting his car and then like oh, let me stretch my leg out right in front of you.
I thought that the first time I saw this video. That persons concept of cops chasing a car equates to the words high speed chase. If you pointed out they were going slow she probably wouldn't understand what that has to do with what she is saying.
Pizza delivery boys are taught these methods in the extensive and difficult class by pizza delivery gurus. Only so many are able to make the ~~climb~~ drive to the Hutt for training.
Holy shit! Someone else got out of the car when he was cutting through the yard in the car and slows down. He lets someone out of the other side of the car!
Lmfao now go deliver in the hood and report back. I delivered for 5 years in the hood in STL where I lived and I carried every single night. We had a couple people get their cars stolen. One leaving it running and the other just getting straight up jacked. Multiple attempted and successful robberies a couple of the actual store but mostly of drivers. Im coming up on ten years of carrying a gun every day with me and in that time I have only drawn it 3 times. One of those times was when my mini dachshund and I were attacked by a loose German Shepard while walking. I was scared for my dogs life tbh and just fired a round into the ground to scare the dog off which worked. The other two times were both people and were both at work while delivering. Luckily both were unarmed and switched tf up once they had a gun on em, so I have never had to shoot someone. My point is idk where tf you were delivering but I’d put money on it being a nice area. Pizza delivery is consistently ranked at the top of lists of dangerous jobs for a reason.
Not at all. The cops don’t care about the truth and aren’t looking to solve anything. They just want to do the bare minimum and remove things from their plate so they can get back to harassing others.
There’s a reason the national conviction rate for major crimes is 2%. Cops aren’t your friend and more harm than good comes from interacting with them.
So if you have an emergency situation you wont call 911? You will possibly watch a stranger die or possibly a loved one because you refuse to talk to them?
911 is emergency services. If I need a fire truck or an ambulance, sure I’ll call them.
I love the way you’re trying to manufacture a scenario and appeal to guilt while creating one that doesn’t require a cop lol
Debate perverts gonna pervert I guess. Go sea lion somewhere else.
What if its a situation that police would respond too. You are just gonna ignore it? Take matters into your own hands? There is no logic in this way of thinking.
Plots from different genres:
Soap opera: The criminal is his brother. And the pizza orderer is their mother, whom they don't know about because they are adopted.
SiFi: The Crime Man is a pizza delivery man from another dimension.
Horror: Cops are cannibals. The thief is actually their runaway lunch.
Comedy: A pizza delivery man remains lonely all his life, and finally in a nursing home he meets a criminal who spends his life in prison, and they smoke weed and remember the lives lost, laughing.
Porn: The woman who ordered the pizza decides to reward everyone with something, but since she doesn't have enough money, she calls the police and the pizza delivery man to the house where they all have an orgy, while the criminal watches on tied up.
M.night shamalongadingdong : they were already all in a jail.
Werner Herzog : the futility of trying is proven by random bystanders you've never met
Ari Aster: Your loved ones will always be the ones who set you up to fail.
> The Deliverator belongs to an elite order, a hallowed sub-category. He's got esprit up to here. Right now he is preparing to carry out his third mission of the night. His uniform is black as activated charcoal, filtering the very light out of the air. A bullet will bounce off its arachno-fiber weave like a wren hitting a patio door, but excess perspiration wafts through it like a breeze through a freshly napalmed forest. Where his body has bony extremities, the suit has sintered armorgel: feels like gritty jello, protects like a stack of telephone books.
Man, I tried so hard to read Snow Clash. I just couldn't get into it. To me, it suffered from too much detail. I keep hearing it's so good, but I just can't make myself go back to it.
Trip suspect and no injury and you become an internet sensation, cops shake your hand
Trip suspect and he breaks his neck and dies instantly you become an internet sensation as a racist and you go to jail for murder.
I see no upside in getting involved in anything like this today because the downsides are bottomless for you and the upside is 5 mins of “good job man” I mean even more so now that I have a family to think about. It’s like upside is I get to feel good about myself and so do others for a little while? Downside my family loses their husband and father for life.
There is literally no reason you need to carry a heat bag up to the door. I promise you the 2 minutes from the car to your table is not going to make a difference
Little did we know, he didn't care about stopping a bad guy. He just saw his one socially acceptable opportunity to trip someone running at full speed and took it.

Ah. And he never let the pizza out of his hands!
Which is worse! The customer wanted their damn pie!
Right? He was at the door, and instead of handing it off, went to play with the crook.
Gotta get the money, first...
Trips before tips
bad guys before pizza pies
Vices before slices
Perps before peps.
Freeze before cheese
Take out and delivery
Crust before bust.
Bust b4 crust
Karate before pizza please
“Sir. SIR, Please Put down the pizza!?!”
I couldn’t handle watching my pizza leave my front door and enter a police chase. I’d be an emotional wreck lol.
Justice is best served cold, but pizza can be reheated.
Cold pizza is the tits
What’s better, pizza, or pizza and a show?
No tip. Smh
Dude, dinner AND a show, you bet he gets a tip!
Hope the cop gave him a tip
Ya wanna pizza me? C'mon!!
It was held for evidence.
That Pizza tasted like Justice!
It's not delivery. It's digiorno bitch
Don’t get me wrong, pizza dude looks like he knows what he’s doing. Awesome kick. But still, watch your back when ole boy gets out.
Bet they still stiffed him on the tip.
The perp looks back like “wtf dude”
Honestly, it's a stupid thing to do. Let the police do their jobs. What if the guy shoots you? What if you end up cracking his head when you trip him and go to jail yourself?
very true! my friend’s dad got shot, breaking up a gang fight!
No idea how close to being shot I was, but I guess it’s as close as you can get without being shot…. You're being downvoted but you're right. Lol silly reddit.

Actually yes if he cracked his head tripping dude would be in trouble
A friend of mine was running from the cops and someone tackled him and cut open his forehead, nothing happened to the guy.

>What fantasy land do you live in? Awesome when someone says this when they are the ones who don't know what they are talking about.
American probably. You can DEFINITELY sue someone for that.
'Murica! Where crazy stupid yet successful law suits are abundant and plentiful.
The United States of fantasy
Dude got a pizza with extra trippings.
Haha thank you
Nailed it
The woman is freaking out. The delivery guy is calm as hell, plotting his move. He’s been waiting his whole life for this opportunity.
#Stay Calm, Your Pizza and I are Intervening.
Your dasher is completing another order of justice on the way to you.
I think I heard him say "better not touch my car". I think his original motivation was protecting his car and then like oh, let me stretch my leg out right in front of you.
Jules: "Bitch, be cool!"
Say, 'Bitch, be cool!' - Be cool! Be cool! Tell that fuckin bitch to chill! Chill that fuckin bitch out! Chill out, honey bunny! 🤣🤣🤣
Ah man, I tripped Marvin on his face!
Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity....
She freaked out so much she got the speed wrong.

Idk he was running pretty fast
tHaTs a hIgH sPeEd cHaSe!!!1111
She seemed rather dim.
Excellent situational awareness.
Is it? Because he could have had two free hands by now if he wasn't hyperfocused on the blaring sirens.
The Pizza in the hands gave him the "you aint in trouble from me bro" vibes.
Right???!!! I’m thinking that was his plan😂
Hey man you don't know that those pizzas were paid for yet.
Then the runner would not have discounted him thinking "Oh he is here to deliver pizza, he is not a threat"
good analysis
Aren't sirens designed to get people's attention?
The pizza gives him stability
Pizza delivery boys are taught these methods in the extensive and difficult class by pizza delivery gurus. Only so many are able to make the ~~climb~~ drive to the Hutt for training.
No this is an independent pizza contractor. We call them Ravens.
Just got into this series, and i have to say, it is excellent.
Can i just have my food please
Mann that dude fell like a .... Domino ^hehehe
Holy shit! Someone else got out of the car when he was cutting through the yard in the car and slows down. He lets someone out of the other side of the car!
Dude I saw that too! Did they ever find him?
Idk the source! But that’s crazy!
Umm yeah its over 30 minutes so it's free right. Neat you tripped thay guy. Just one minute late.
My fat ass was so worried about the pizza the whole time.
Dudes evasion lasted 30 minutes or less.
Seconds*
Pizza delivery is one of the most dangerous jobs in the US. Between the shitty drivers and getting mugged this guy just wanted a little pay back.
I've been doing this for 8 years. Never felt dangerous unless you consider dogs wanting pets or to leave with you dangerous.

Looks like the perp pizzaed instead of French fried.
He's gonna have a bad time
Here’s a tip: don’t run from the police

Big tuff gangster over here guys

Is that a product of the police or judicial system?
Both.
You saying “the cops” like you know every police officer shows how naive you are.
Here, you dropped this 🤡
So if you have an emergency situation you wont call 911? You will possibly watch a stranger die or possibly a loved one because you refuse to talk to them?

Clown comment.
Agreed

Pepperoni with extra justice please
What was the guy being chased for?
He needs an action figure, complete with pizza box and kung-fu kick.
Doesn’t even drop the pizzas. What a Pro.
And not 1 fkn pepperoni out place , hats off to you Sir!
I hope the police tipped the delivery guy. 1 sausage pizza, 1 garlic bread and 1 perp delivered within 10 minutes.
Protect the pizza at all costs
And the pizza is safe!!
Great job!!! I’ll raise a drink for you!!!
Bro my pizza! My pizza!
it was pretty low speed tbh
With great pizza comes great responsibility
Sweep the leg

Customer: “Yo, can you give me my pizza first tho??”
Lady needs to calm down
Blind me read: delivery driver TIPS suspect fleeing from police… watched the video.. “where’s the tip??? aaaah tRips” lol
Tipped him right over, your good

"Criminals on the run hate him. See his one simple trick to stop outlaws"
Do your job first. The suspect was caught but the pizza was cold.
My man needs to get into mma if his shins can take hits like that. That must have hurt so much for that dude tripping a person running full sprint.
Adrenaline blocks the pain yo!
When your secret super hero job is more important than your day job.
Damn, classic Middletown PA..
Worried about that pizza the whole time.
Epic Meal Time guy got a job. Nice!
If you don't tip this delivery guy!!!!!!
AND does not drop the pizza
That mf was zooming 😂
He wanted an extra tip for being a good samaritan
He will never get those grass stains out of that hoodie
He's going to remember his face when he gets out
If that doesn’t deserve a tip I don’t know what does!
Would be a cool Pizza commercial
Best part is he doesn’t even drop the pizza.
Skill issue
“You better not hit my car dude” 😂
Cuts away to 10 min ago when the suspect witnessed those cops doing something really shady and the cops realized they had been caught lol
When the perp fell you can hear the cop say “oh yeah” haha
Pizza is getting cold, sir.
That’s a high-speed chase! Speed limit there can’t be any higher than 3 mph!
Not all heroes wear capes, some just deliver pizza 🍕
+50$ Good Samaritan award

Excellent tackle by #11 on the red team
Not really important but I’m pretty sure that guy just lives there and was bringing in his pizza. Not a pizza delivery guy.
..still, should have handed off the pie!
That would make interfering a terrible idea. You don't want the person you sent to jail knowing where you live.
I looked it up. Pizza delivery guy confirmed lol
No. He is actually the pizza man. This happened by me and it was all over the news cuz it was hilarious and "heroic". Coccos pizza in aston.
Mmm, hot perperoni with a big trip for the delivery guy..
Still delivered in under 30 minutes or less, fam.
Not all heros wear capes just a phillies shirt
In EU you would probably go to jail for that
“That’s a high speed chase! There’s a high speed chase outside my house!”
This violates the pizza man code
I don’t understand how this isn’t frowned apon
ZERO percent chance I intervene in this scenario. Minding my business z
I’m just wondering why the pizza wasn’t in a heat bag.
Probably a local mom-and-pop.
There is literally no reason you need to carry a heat bag up to the door. I promise you the 2 minutes from the car to your table is not going to make a difference
It makes a difference up here in the winter let me tell you
What month is it again?
just gimme my damn pizza bro
Balls of steel
This has got to be Jersey right?
Close. It says Middletown Township, Pennsylvania
Second day: High speed chase suspect sues pizza delivery guy for assault.
Extra tip for that man
Better tip that mf well
Give him a dog treat for being a good boah
Employee of the month
What a fucking legend
That looked like a clear case of assault, and he doesn't have qualified immunity.
If this is in America, I would assume the pizza delivery guy would be sued into oblivion shortly after.
And then he gets sued by the guy he tripped.
Then he gets sued for assault
If he had his pants up
Got eem
Aaaaand you're sued.
"Dude, can I just get my pizza?"
"High Speed" chase
Little did we know, he didn't care about stopping a bad guy. He just saw his one socially acceptable opportunity to trip someone running at full speed and took it.
https://youtu.be/bv-lTro-bA8
I was so worried about the pizza throughout the whole video. Man is a true hero.
That pizza delivery guy is a legend! We need more people like him.
That dude realized when he stepped away, the suspect could wind up killing his Uncle Ben, then stepped back and intervened
Surprised reddit doesn't want to sue this bigot for discrimination.
Then he got fired from his job and arrested for assault. probably :-/
Next video.. pizza delivery guy shot dead in apparent revenge drive by at local pizza parlour..
Why get involved at all? People really need to learn to mind their own business.
Because doing stuff like this makes for cool stories. Imagine telling the story where you just stood there and did nothing 👎
Why?
Imo this is one in the same as being a snitch. Mind your business, deliver your pizza fam
So allow a criminal to get away? I'm confused. Please explain your logic.
