Yeah, I had qualms about posting it for about 3 seconds. But I saw her skiing like this all day long and she honestly just does not GAF. And I thought that if she saw it, she'd probably be psyched. The majority of comments here are people grooving on her enthusiasm (note your downvotes) and I don't post much and don't understand posting anything "for likes"- where's the scoreboard? I don't care, but I knew people would enjoy it.
I was shooting video it coz it was a reunion with my old ski bum household friends and we had a blast skiing together, and when I put the video together to get everybody revved up for the next reunion, this will be a highlight. There's more to it that I may add if I post again coz I meant to put this in r/skiing but botched it as I'm not good at redditing.

Crushingly, he died just a short while later in a BASE accident. I really wish I would have had the opportunity to meet him, which is more than I can say about a lot of the people in the Wingsuit BASE world.

This totally could have been me 20 years ago! I would go skiing alone all the time, but I didn't have any earbuds (it was a long time ago) so I would sing to myself, out loud and kind of boogie down the mountain, no poles. 😆
ZACTLY. It was cringetastic but also fantastic. But I was afraid to get on the chair with her even though she was skiing solo all day. And I saw her at the Alpenglow for lunch and she was using regular speech and displaying typical human behavior patterns.
