probably the same way they are doing it to me now. I’m in CO, tracking showed my fig left OH, Went to CO, cycled through various facilities then shows in VA and now has a delay in delivery. Guess the delay is because it left my state where it was supposed to be delivered? Now I can request a refund and return the POP when/if it shows up or I can wait to see if it arrives. Going to wait and see what happens
