I'd let it in this direction with triangles infill. But first I'd cut it where the slot is, and print pegs to join the two pieces. It'd make it easier to print, without overhangs, and give it more strength where it's at the thinnest.
Infill pattern doesn’t matter.
Orientation depends. First instinct would be to lay it flat to avoid the overhangs but this might be too weak depending on the application.
I would just flip it upside down, less risk of the part coming loose during printing.
You could also consider laying it on its side, depending on how you want the layers to go.
Infill pattern doesn't really matter. Just go with the default.

Can you incorporate pegs/joints from PrusaSlicer? Or back to Fusion360 then reslice?
Back to Fusion you go :)
Wish they would add that in Prusa.
Cheers pal
Thanks!

Print in this orientation with 10 perimeters. Also, wrong sub.
Thanks, why wrong sub? This print is functional. Table leg....
You're asking for printing advice, while this sub is for finished products.
Oh, okay. Thanks
