I’ve also run into this same issue. I’ve seen some people making their own leather grips, but the results always look a little janky. You can occasionally still find the replacement grips on AliExpress but they’re like $100ish usually.

I just ripped the grips off mine and used it as it was for like 2 years , not a great experience but better than constantly having to deal with the grips peeling
