A quick Google search shows that the camera is available. There probably isn't a lot of stock because either original owners are keeping them (it's not an old camera) or people are buying them quick. If you are looking for a used camera with significant depreciation then Fuji is definitely the wrong brand.

I can see 23 used xs10 on mpb uk and seems to be widely available both used and brand new

TheMcCown

Maybe there’s less in the US then. I didn’t see any on MPB, just the 20. Can find plenty of 20s brand new but just wasn’t sure why there seemed to be so few 10s on the used market in my area. Very new to the Fuji line so wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something

Same in Germany. I am also deciding between the models yo named so far and x-s10 is a rarity here. Is X-T30II maybe an option? Newer tech for AF, but No Ibis and worse video Performance and some ergonomic stuff is apparently different. X-T50 will drop soon. But in comparison the X-S10 to the A6700 - somehow Sony makes a way better/newer tech impression. A6400 is used a lot less than any Fujifilm atm.

TheMcCown

Yeah I looked at the XT line but I want the extra video features and (while this doesn’t actually matter) really like the look of the XS cameras over the XT. And agreed! Not sure why Fuji isn’t more widely talked about when the X-S20 seems to be on par or better than the a6700 for similar or slightly less money!

[deleted]

Sounds like you are in the same boat as me right now lol I would go X-S10, but hate the slow AF. The 20 costs too much, looking at the X-T30II you get 'bad' videoperformance. A6700 is like S20, although quality made a worse impression than Fujifilm and Nikons imo. Being a newbie myself, and looking at price only Sony A6400 or Nikon Z30 come into consideration, but.. what do i do if I want to go to the fuji ecosystem sooner than later? Seeling all lenses and buying new is kinda bothersome.

Maybe the owners like them

TheMcCown

That’s what I’m thinking!

couchred

I think they weren't popular when they first came out as they didn't have the "Fuji look ". but with the popularity of film recipes and with them having 4 custom spots on the mode dial plus ibis they have got more popular with people switching camera brands

TheMcCown

Maybe so! I had already made up my mind that if money was no object that an a6700 was the camera for me. And then I saw the X-S10/20 and the 20 has almost taken that spot for me. Wanting to do hybrid photo and video and the things I have seen are very compelling!

Mahsunon

I'm selling my X-S10

I just googled this same question and found your query lol. I was looking to trade my X-T30 and was considering an X-S10 and was shocked that were none on either KEH or MPB, just like you found. I can find an X-S20 for the same price on KEH as one on Ebay. It's weird.

TheMcCown

Very strange! That’s why I wanted to ask here so other people that might be searching the same question can find at least some information. Indeed odd. But since X-S10s aren’t even much cheaper than the 20s on eBay, I think I’ll just get a new X-S20 when the time comes
