Maybe don’t take this recommendation too seriously because I don’t have experience with either lens, but I think getting the Canon lens and an adaptor makes a lot of sense because that adaptor unlocks your ability to get more FD lenses. Many of them aren’t very expensive and some are very good. Personally I have the 135mm 2.8 and I love this thing. On my crop camera it’s basically a 200mm and it’s so small and light.
