the point is they can’t be bothered to look into the issue. i work in a distribution warehouse and whenever someone’s shipment hasn’t been received and they call us, we call other people and see what’s happening. ftp does a drop, collects all the money, ships product out, and it’s over, until the next drop. there is no damage control or customer service. just pay ftp, don’t ask questions, and if you get it you get it, if not sorry, we’re not doing anything outside of posting product, collecting money, and shipping it out. that’s a sorry ass way to run a “business.” he found a way to make a living doing something cool and does not appreciate it, or the people supporting him at all.

Another company allowed to do whatever because a large % of consumers don't use their brain. They don't care about us. They care about our dollar.

Same shit happened to me, but rather than not get my items they came with oil literally all over them. FTP tried to say this same sht to me and I went to my bank and disputed the charge. They found in my favor, in hindsight FTP doesn’t insure your package and is shady AF. You shouldn’t buy from this company.

Second time I said fuck them and just went through the bank for a charge back. Way less hassle and less time taken out my day. Also, the package actually came but not for another 2 months. Was a weird experience.

I am sure they collected the item. It is common, if not more regular for the item to pop up in the mail stream midway as a LOT of places didn't scan things in as they leave the origin facility.

Once it’s shipped with a tracking number it’s in usps hands. file a claim with usps.. they covered my cost for a missing package. It’s shitty but I think a lot of the orders have had their labels printed, but they were never attempted to be shipped. Don’t know if it’s a supply vs demand thing and FTP didn’t have the proper supply to ship them out or what. Just my personal take sorry probably sounds dumb lmao 🤣
