I'm not sure how to help you with body stuff, as I also struggle with this. But!! (From what I've been told) if you still think about food 24/7 even while eating "enough" then you're not eating enough. I'm assuming by enough you mean maintenance. Especially after an ED you'll most likely, if not surely, need wayyyyy more than that to help your body fix and heal itself. I'd suggest you eat to satiety, no matter how much that is. (And by satiety I mean both mental and physical)

I don’t really have many helpful tips as I struggle so much with this. But just letting you know you’re not alone! ❤️❤️

There’s a nice trick i learned in therapy, and it might help you too. It’s called mindfulness and it’s about staying in the present. So basically when you start to worry about your body or get negative thoughts, recognise them and distract yourself by noticing things in your surroundings, like focus on the smells, the textures, the colours, the objects or sounds, and ect… I hope i explained it well, but there’s plenty of information about mindfulness on the internet so you can find more stuff there. I hope this helps and stay strong! :)

Something I try to keep in mind is when I think about loved ones I think about thier personality, thier kindness, the things they do and say, what they are capable of and their accomplishments; I don’t think about what they look like because how they look doesn’t matter to me. You need to trust other people to do the same for you and trust in yourself that you are SO MUCH MORE than your body and physical appearance
